My husband kids me about my pillow collection, and the teasing is well deserved. I have tried many, many pillows, from contour, to foam, gel, and even one with a hole in the middle trying to find one that is comfortable for my neck. None worked as I had hoped until now.Enter the Songmics adjustable pillow. With 3 inserts, it was too thick, but 2 was just right. Each insert is thin, so it will be simple to adjust for most for side or back sleeping. There's no lumps of foam and it is light and soft. The cover is nice, not cheap feeling, and each pillow is gusseted. Instructions say it is washable. Overall, I am pleased and I'm hoping this will be my pillow to keep and my quest is over.

I am a short person with small shoulders. My beloved is a very big person with a broad back. I grew up using very slim pillows of feather or similar material. Neither I or my partner got used to those pillowtop alternatives - I just have AWFUL neck pain and headaches, they too tall, too hard or too uncomfortable. I tried buying pretty much every slim pillow at BB&B, from cheap to very expensive - none worked. And then I found this amazing pillow. One filling is perfect for me - and two are perfect for my beloved. With it, we could adjust pretty much all other pillows, including for sleepover visitors that love VERY TALL pillows. Everybody loved it - and no more shoulder pain, neck pain or headaches. I am very satisfied.

Update: After months of use, these do flatten and become lumpy in spots. Removed one star. My previous review stands. It’s good for support, good case, good price.I am pleased. You get three pillows and a good quality case to insert however many you want. It is still polyester filling, so I’m not sure how long it will remain fluffy, but so far it hasn’t flattened or clumped up. I wouldn’t use it as my regular pillow because it’s not supportive like latex or foam, it’s not soft and pliable like down, but it’s a good in between (I am very picky about pillows). Use it for extra comfort, or some other purpose. I also think it is a really good value, I would buy this again.

I suggest giving this pillow a few nights before making your decision. My initial reaction to the pillow was not positive, but after about a week's use I'm really liking it. The material is quite soft, but this avoids pressure points. I find it conforms well to the neck or if you sleep on your side and put your arm under the pillow. I've not woken up with any neck pain for a week. Very comfortable pillow for side sleeping as well. Easy to fluff up, and overall size is great. It's way better than any memory foam I tried. I plan on ordering several more for my bed-and-breakfast, as I really like the fact you can adapt these to your particular preference.I'm not sure how long they will last, but if the manufacturer changed material to make them last longer they would probably not be as comfortable. I think the price is just about right. Would like to see a better (heavier) cover with better zipper. Zipper is really cheap.

If you like flat pillows this gives you so many options to adjust the size of your pillows. I have had a hard time replacing old pillows because I like flat pillows. These did it for me.

I like this pillow, especially the quilted exterior cover. I really wish the three inserts were different thicknesses. For me, all three is too many but two is too little. If the inserts were different thicknesses you would have many combinations to create many different size pillows.

I guess I'm the princess from Princess and the Pea because one insert is too thin but two inserts make it too thick for me. I prefer the pillows that allow you to stuff as much or little stuffing into the insert as preferred.

Gift for my father for his birthday- he has been known to simply fold a towel in half and use that as a pillow! Well he loves this pillow!
