I love my blender. The price is a bit high and worse was the shipping. $31.00 just for the shipping, that's pricy. But overall it works great on harder items likt beets. Good way to juice and keep all the fiber too.

came in busted off box and the utensil for pressing food down was broken...it works fine but someone did not take care when boxing/shipping...I thought it might have been a refurb as well sold as new

I will never buy this thing again:-((I should've returned long ago. It leaks at the base and I cannot tell why. There's no visible cracks anywhere. It's very, very LOUD. I now just use my old faithful Osterizer Blender for a fraction of the cost. I think investing in a top of the line Vitamix is next for me. Love Montel Williams but not this over priced blender:/)

I use it often as I cook red chili pods with garlic once a week. Plus we use it for smoothies, protein shakes, and etc...

Did make good smoothies but after not even a month it leaks a black oily substance. I don't think this should of happened so soon after using the product.

I waisted my money on this product. I used it a lot the first couple of months and then it started leaking. I called customer service and they could not help me. I should have bought one of the cheaper blenders. Also it is very loud. Don’t buy it! It’s garbage.

If I have a choice, I would give zero star.I bought it, it works wonder for about 1 month then died (not a thermal overload issue). I returned it while it's still under warrantyt and paid I think $35 to get it fixed but never get it back or any communication whatsoever. I called many times and each time was put on hold for ever. One day I finally got hold of what seems to be a "human being" or a low life I can't tell the difference. He told me that it does not work, and they have scrapped it. I demanded them to return it and they said they will ship it back but they never did. I wanted it back so I can fix it myself. I know how to fix it, but I sent it back for repair because it was still under warranty. Customer service is practically non-existence!Shame on Montel Williams for not standing behind the product! Now I equate Montel Williams to my lost HealthMaster Emulsifier that I paid a high price for -- a piece of S***!Dont buy or you will be sorry, like I did! Don't get fooled by how well it work! The concern you need to have are how soon does it fail, and when it fail whether you can get it fixed by them or not even when it's under warranty. You're hereby duly warned.

I had the same problem as the first reviewer. Bought one of these new and after only a few months (and little use) it started leaking a sludge mixture of food and grease out the bottom of the caraffe. No support.
