The concept is sound, BUT before you buy consider the following:
The concept is sound, BUT before you buy consider the following: If you were taller than average (I am 6ft 2in) the neck of the holster may be too short for you depending on the distance between your beltline and your pelvic crease-line at the bottom of your pockets. This causes the weapon to dig into that crease line a bit. A good, solid, concealed carry belt seems critical for this holster system to work. I tried it with my normal belt and the belt would twist as I drew causing the weapon to hang up on the belt. I tried it with a good concealed carry belt and it worked better. The real problem is your gut morphology (the actual shape thereof) along with how loose the waist line of your pants are. ALL my pants are snug yet not uncomfortably so. I do have a bit of Dunloops disease (my belly done loops over my belt). This combination causes the holster to hang up under the belt and requires some entertaining (think Don Knotts) contortions to release the holster for a clumsy draw.So if I am determined to use this holster my only solution is to get bigger waistline pants. Ideally I would like them to make me a holster that had that longer neck as well.As for the quality and craftsmanship it is as advertised or better! You do have to maul the leather to soften it up before trying to do quick draws. It was not difficult to so and there are some basic instructions about that.Bottom line - it is not quite like the videos show for all if us, but for a specific population it could be perfect. Pay attention to the body types of the guys demonstrating the holster and if you are close to that then it should work as shown.

Comfortable and compact.
This is the best holster for my small handgun. I carry a small 380 Ruger and it's so comfortable. It's comfortable sitting at my desk, driving, or whatever activities I may be doing. I highly recommend this holster. I like it so much I bought a 2nd one for my vacation home. There are a lot of zombies in that area.

Overall a good carry solution
Sig P238. Fits the small urban carry well. Give it time to break in and mold to your shape. Overall a good carry solution. Perfect concealment? Not sure there is such a thing. There's always a trade-off between draw time and concealment. I'd say this is very good overall. It's a nice piece of leather.

IN A GUN BATTLE, I'M GONNA STAND UP STRAIGHT IN THE LINE OF FIRE
I bought into the marketing hype over this thing. I thought it would work. But as some vids have shown, your handgun goes flying. this holster only really works when you're standing. If you're sitting, it's useless. If you're bending over, it's useless. So you essentially have to be standing straight up or at lest the area between your chest and legs have to be flat and you can use this holster. That to me says that you have to be standing still when being shot at in order to draw your weapon. And let's be honest, quite a few of us gun owners are non-plus sized people.

OK for casual strolling but not for quick response.
Good concept but needs refinements. The magnetic clip prints a bit too much in non-baggy shirts. The holster draw can be difficult because of the friction. If you are not pulling it in a good vertical angle, it seems impossible to draw it. If you forcefully yank the holster out, be aware that the firearm will pop out...thank goodness for modern safety mechanisms. Sitting with jeans is a bit difficult, but not too bad. Works best for casual walking. Best to treat it as an IWB pocket or draw the holster in a slow, non-forced manner.

The holster looks and feels like it's good quality leather and stitching
I purchased a medium size Urban Carry holster for my S&W 3913 per their website. The holster looks and feels like it's good quality leather and stitching. Upon fitting my gun into the holster, it looked a little small for my compact. This was a little disappointing considering my compact is pretty small single stack with 3.5 in barrel. It would be much worse with a double stack. When using the holster, not sure if it's the weight of my gun or the magnetic flap side was too short, but the bottom of the holster would protrude out and would not lie flat on my thigh. I tried different pants and the results were the same. The medium does not seem to be long enough for my compact, in fact the butt of the grip would be right at my waistband. I thought this might be due to breaking in the leather and when trying to wear the holster during a day at work, I noticed that the magnetic flap would start twisting outward and not lying flat on my belt. It looked really sloppy. Not sure if this is attributed to the weight of my pistol or if the holster was not long enough since the butt of the grip was at the base of my waistband. Drawing the gun, was very difficult... the butt of the gun kept getting stuck even when using two hands... one on the pull flap and the other making a gap of space for the butt of the grip that was getting stuck. I'm average, don't have a gut hanging over my belt, but still found it difficult to draw. If I can return the medium for a large, maybe that will be the fix or if Urban Carry reads this review of my issues with the holster. I was using the holster with a Maxpedition gun belt and was wearing my 5.11 pants that have the elastic waistband system and loosened my belt a notch, then another while testing and still had difficulty drawing. I also tried to move my gun in slightly different angles in the holster, but nothing really worked. I also tried cross draw and placed the holster on my weak side and still unable to draw smoothly. I think if the leather was a bit wider to cover the grip of the gun, then it would not get hung up. If I can swap for a large, then I will update this review as I believe the holster is too small.

Works better on slim build people
Sits well within the pants but my 42" pant waist line is not ideal for drawing. Either the lower grip would catch or the upper grip/slide would catch. My slimmer buddy did not have this problem.

It is very comfortable. I wear slacks
Incredible holster. I had stopped carrying because the holster was always either uncomfortable, felt conspicuous, or both. The first time I put this on just to try it, I actually FORGOT I was wearing it. It is very comfortable. I wear slacks, haven't tried it with jeans. You WILL have trouble drawing from a seated position, that's just the nature of deep concealment holsters. Make sure you get the right size for your firearm.
