I use this for RLS, and often it's kind of miraculous. However, there are times when it doesn't seem to work. I haven't figured this out yet, but, believe me, I'm ordering it again because when it DOES work, it's the difference between rest and no rest.

Seems to quiet the nerves in the foot. Doesn’t take but a small amount to cover the foot and has a cooling effect.

Seemed to help my arthritic knees. Coincidence that they felt better after using this for a few days? Also, used on my stiff low back and that has improved. I do believe that this product has been a factor in feeling better.

I have used this product a few times on an elder's feet, legs to for restless keg relief and arm for pain and to reduce swelling. Worked well to reduce swelling. Used on myself to relieve a sinus headache. Didn't do much to relieve headache or restless legs. Leaves skin a little dry but not uncomfortable. Good for massage only while wet. I was guided to the product for its anti-inflammatory and natural ingredients. However, not sure how effective its is for pain. It does provide some short term relief.Update. Tried on a finger joint with beginnings of arthritis. Leaves skin dry snd chalky white. Didn't experience any pain relief.

I have a metabolic disorder that leaves me low in some dietary minerals. The safest way to supplement the missing minerals, resulting in painful muscle spasms, is with this rub. I just wish the cost was a little less like in the stores.

This stuff is great for leg cramps. I get charlie horses in my calves at night and this relieves quicky. Also I get spasms around my ankles that this rub takes care of.
