So far so good!
so far p90 has been great for me! I'm really enjoying it for getting back into shape and lose my baby weight.I did want to give a little advice. For one, make sure you have dumbells! Some of the exercises are doable with the resistance band but It's not comfy on the wrists. You also may want to consider upgrading the resistance band because the handles constantly pop off of the one it comes with. Next, if you have a bad lower back like me a super thick yoga mat is an absolute must have for the ab rippers. So excited to continue with this program! I'll update when I'm finished!

A Great Investment in You
I'd been wanting to get back into exercising and taking care of my body, but I wasn't sure how to go about it. Getting a trainer wasn't in my budget, and I was having limited success in trying to figure it out on my own. I needed something that was going to challenge me but not go too extreme, since I also had previous sports injuries to consider. P90 has been the perfect fit! This 3 month program makes it easy to get a great workout, be challenged, and stay motivated to keep on going. I've lost weight and inches, but most importantly, I've lost all my excuses for why I can't be healthy. This is perfect for anyone who is a beginner, or looking to get back into exercising, or wanting a little variety in their exercise regimen. The workouts don't take too long: they're just around the 30 minute mark, not counting the cooldown at the end. The moves are quite simple, with one of the exercisers performing a modified version of the exercises along with the regular and more challenging versions. There is also information on how to eat healthier, which I've found extremely helpful in helping me achieve my goals and get favorable results. This has been worth every penny!

Good basic workout for a regular person
I use to do P90X, but age caught up with me so I retreated to this P90 base workout. It is much easier to do, and they do a better job of showing the "modifier" (e.g., older person like me who has to do a diminished version of the exercise). It isn't nearly as much fun or motivating as P90X, but seems to be the right mix for someone who wants to work out, but not to excess.Just like in P90X, Tony Horton talks a little too much, and it doesn't really offer a way to turn that off like in P90X, but thankfully the sessions are much shorter. I think it is a good workout for toning, but not necessary for body sculpting or building like the other products. The only annoying thing about the workout is having to sit through their advertisements for vitamins and protein shakes every time I insert the DVD. I wish they would not force advertisements on people who have paid for their fitness programs. I would never buy any of their supplements just because I dislike their forced advertisements. I do think they offer some of the best fitness programs.

Those Cute Lil' Resistance Bands
I think it's a good workout. But those resistance bands!! Or as I like to call them, "Those Darn LIttle Death Traps!" It's so much fun to be working them and BAM! The handle fails and KABLOOEY!! The band snaps you!! It's so much fun!! Fortunately, the pain subsides rather quickly. I still have both eyes and I haven't had to go to ER yet. Even though I check those darling little bands thoroughly to ensure they're snug in the handles, I still get the occasional BAM!! and sore fingers/hands as a result. So much fun!!! I predict they will soon be consumed entirely by a fire of mysterious origins, never to be seen again. Have fun cheating death with your bands!!!

PERFECT WORKOUT
This is my favorite workout I've ever done. I did this program at the beginning of 2016 & lost 24 lbs by the end of it. I slacked off over the summer & gained some weight back so I've started this program again. I love that there are different levels within each workout for beginner, medium & advanced levels. It's a hard workout but there are enough few-second breaks between each set of moves that you can keep going. The third month obviously is the most difficult & there were a few moves I couldn't do even as beginner but just threw in my own pushups during those moves.

First steps to fitness
I'll start by saying that fitness has never been my forté. I'm tall and skinny already, but age and a sedentary lifestyle have started catching up with me and I don't have quite the girlish figure I used to. I tried p90x several years ago and stuck with it for about a week. With a 10 hour a day job, dogs to walk, house to clean, (insert excuse here) I couldn't seem to find the time to devote to the program. Fast forward to 2017. I'm in horrendous shape. My husband and I needed something quick with proven results. We looked back to Tony Horton's P90 series and saw this program. I can force myself to give up 30 mins a day. We just started and the first day's workout with the Sweat program has thoroughly kicked my ass. The amazing thing is that I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout. The regular exercises are tough! The modified ones are no walk in the park either. Can't wait to see where this journey takes us!

Good Product, Terrible Workout Bands
Nice set of DVDs, I am a beachbody customer have done p90x, P90x2, p90x3, t25, 21 day fix and Insanity. I let my fitness go the past 3 months so I decided to ease my way back into things by trying p90. It's definitely easier than their other products I have used but it will give you a good workout and Tony as always does a good job as your trainer. I knocked off a star and almost another as the bands you receive are straight up garbage and actually dangerous. As mentioned on previous reviews, the bands will not stay clipped in place to the handles and I am amazed BB is using these. Most if not all of the BB products I have used is top of the line but these bands are terrible, so I would recommend to plan on using or buying different bands for these workouts. Other than this common issue, the rest of the p90 kit is worth the buy, just beware if you plan to use their bands.

which is nice! So far we are really happy with P90
My husband and I received our P90 over a month ago, it came a few days before expecting shipping date, which is nice! So far we are really happy with P90, we are currently on day 32 and we both feel fantastic. My husband lost 10 lbs so far and I was a size 7 now a size 4! The workouts are only around 30 minutes which is perfect for us because we do have to juggle our busy lives, unfortunately we have to wake up at 5:20 am but we are hooked on it and haven't given up. I'm looking forward to our end results and perhaps next might try P90x (2,3!) All though Tony can be a little annoying at times, I do recommend this workout routine!

Perfect for easing in to fitness.
This workout is perfect for me. I was a thin no muscle guy. After 3 months of working out I find that I have increased strength and have slimmed down. I didn't follow the food guide well enough and have some padding over my abs. Month 3 is difficult and I notice that very fit ex-baseball player Matt is out of energy before the end so it may be too much for most people. You only need a set of weights, yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. You may want push-up grips for month 2.

To much advertising. Slow it down a bit after all it’s not P90x.
It’s ok but Tony goes way to fast and doesn’t spend any time really showing how to do the floor exercises properly. Most people will not be able to complete 6 days a week. Way to much advertising of there shake product and other stuff. I didn’t buy this to watch all the infomercials. A better option for people 40 and over is MA 40. Produced by Hearst products. It will be the best one if your over 40.

Great workout
Great workout so far. The videos are very detailed and its easy to learn the exercices. The host is very energetic which in turn makes you want to work harder. You will break a good sweat in 30 minutes

A very fine product for anyone looking to tone
A very fine product for anyone looking to tone, tighten or just lose a few pounds. Tony Horton presents the workouts in a fun energetic fashion that makes the session feel like they go by very quickly but still leaves you feeling energized and accomplished. Great product.
