EDIT: I take back my complaints about the carry case size and weight since it can double as a mobile power bank. Gave me a full charge on my phone and still had power left.After diasppointing encounters with Jabra and Bose wireless earbuds, I came across these and decided to give them a try. I was all ready to give up on the earbuds concept and go back to my normal, over the ear ones - but these two little devils changed my mind.The Rowkin earbuds are well designed, premium built and effortless. They match everything they claim in the description and more. They are comfortable albeit a bit awkward - though nowhere close to the awkwardness and discomfort levels I experienced with Jabra and Bose - have great sound quality and unbelievable connectivity range (for comparison, Jabra struggled to keep connection when I put my phone in my back pocket) and are fast and responsive. They are so comfortable in ear that I forgot I actually had one in my right ear after I stopped playing music. They do get some getting used to and to learn all the functions (well, the tapping is almost a gimmick except that it puts way less pressure on your ear when you are operating them, compared to a push button) but the website intro and app directions are clear and useful.As usual nothing is 100% perfect but I would gladly ignore these small design flaws and buy this again:- I feel like the charging pad is a useless gimmick. I have no use for it.- the sound could use more bass. But it is still clear and enjoyable anyway.In the end, if you want wireless earbuds, save yourself some time and money and just buy these. They are better than the rest. Much better.

I bought these and was really happy. The build quality seems really good, the material is good, the sound is good, and the battery life is good. The wireless charging has never worked on the case using their supplied wireless charger and cable. It charges my iPhone, but not the earbud case it was designed to charge.Not even four weeks old and the right earbud touch control has stopped working. Seems like a quality product (despite the wireless charge issue) so I was surprised. I thought they'd last. Super frustrating since I can't use the controls on that side and the only way to power the earbuds on now is to put them in the case and remove them. Really annoying when they turn off automatically after not being used for a bit and I have to go get my case and put them in, then take them out just to use them.I emailed Rowkin through Amazon to see if they will warranty or replace my item. I will update based on how they are. I would have given it five stars when they worked... Let's see if they can get me squared away and earn that review.*UPDATE* They got back to me in a couple hours. Every email I sent after that I received a reply within 30 minutes. Really good customer service. They are shipping me a new right earbud. I'll update again once the issues is resolved.*UPDATE 2* Withing 18 hours of contacting ROWKIN about my issue, I had a tracking number for my new earbud. Works great. Amazing customer service I would say.Overall, I’d buy again. I docked a star for the wireless charger not working (I’d be upset if I paid the extra but I got these on sale for the same price as the ones that don’t include the wireless charger). They sound great and the customer service is superb.*UPDATE 3* Left earbuds touch controls stopped working a couple days after I got my right replacement. Not going to bother getting a replacement as I’m confident it would just stop working again.*UPDATE 4* ROWKIN contacted me after seeing this review about replacing my earbud again and I told them no, I am looking for a solution with physical buttons and not touch capacitive since physical won’t fail as easily. They offered to exchange my Ascents for the Pace which have physical buttons. They sent me a shipping label and refunded the difference to my card. The new ROWKIN Pace earbuds work great.

I usually NEVER write Amazon reviews for any of the products I purchase, but I just had to for this product to say how blown away I am by these earbuds. Easy to pair, amazing sound for Bluetooth audio, and the charging case is really nicely designed as well. The only issues I've had with them so far is the "tap gestures" for play/pausing and skipping songs can be a little iffy at times, but other than that I am 100% satisfied with this product. I will definitely be purchasing from Rowkin again in the future.

i really really wanted to like the earbuds but i cant i own an old pair of Rowkin Bit Charge(almost going on 2 years) so i thought this was going to be an upgrade the comfort is still top notch it fits in my ear perfectly and longer battery to boot but even with the app downloaded and my sound changed to bass boost this thing sounds 35% lower than the older model so im not willing to trade battery life for low sounding music when the old one does everything this does better except with lower battery life

Left my phone in the living room on accident, went across the house through three different rooms and into a bathroom and closed the door then realized I forgot my phone. Stayed connected the entire time and only cut out when I closed the door. Excellent sound, excellent connection, excellent battery life. Rowkin you’ve done it again.

I am mostly pleased with these earbuds. I use them mostly while runner on a treadmill. I had to experiment a bit with getting these earbuds to stay in securely. I would hate to loose one while running - might not be able to find it. Sounds quality is not exceptionally, but acceptable. Volume does not go to overly loud, get is probably good for ear health, but might be too soft in a loud environment. I experience an occasional pairing issue with my IPhone and/or Apple Watch, but that might be for issues with the Apple products. Not sure. Battery life a few hours max.
