La Pedriza Antique Black Finish Glass Chandelier

We bought this light in 2017. It is beautiful. It was easy to put together and we received many compliments on it. 3 years later and it still looks brand new. My son ended up throwing a ball in the house and it hit the light and the glass broke (this was NOT a product deficiency. The fact that it took three years in a house of three young boys to break says something about the quality of this product!) Since only the glass broke, we contacted the seller through Amazon asking if we can get replacement glass. The seller did a fantastic job communicating with us quickly, which was appreciated as it was over the holiday season. They were able to send us a replacement glass at a reasonable price and we continue to enjoy our beautiful lights. Not only is this a great product, but we especially appreciated the customer service even years after we bought the product.

The chandeliers arrived earlier than expected, were well packaged to prevent damage & are beautiful! I purchased two chandeliers for our bedroom to hang on either side of the bed. They are the only lighting we have in the room and provide aququate lighting. The description says that the chandelier requires a 40W bulb the labeling on the light fixture says 60W...which is what I prefer anyways.One of the packages was returned to the FedEx facility due to an incorrect zipcode. This was frustrating, however, I was able to correct the address directly with FedEx using the tracking info provided by Smarteam and the package was redilivered that evening. That said, I received both packages in excellent condition and ahead of schedule. No complaints here.

Beautiful light. Guess we were one of the lucky ones—absolutely no issues with misaligned holes and installation was simple. We use it as an entryway light w/ clear Edison bulb. Perfect!

I am leaving this review in hopes that the company will return my messages as promised. First, the lamp arrived and is beautiful. However, the holes do not line up at all to attach the glass to the metal. I tried turning it every way possible, readjusting the top, trying other sides, etc. Nothing worked. I ended up cracking the glass trying to get it attached. I have contacted the company through provided email addresses and followed instructions to wait three days. Still no response. Hoping to hear back soon. Until then, this product gets 1 star since it is unusable and nobody seems to care.

Expensive for the quality. No problems with installation.

had so many issues getting the glass to fit. the company provided great service in sending me replacements but all 3 still had defective glass shades. I'm just using them without the glass for now.

Beautiful light. But the holes were misaligned on one of the two lights that I ordered. It is too much trouble to replace it so I just used some wire and twisted it instead of using the screws that came with it. You can't really tell too badly. Otherwise gorgeous light- can't beat it for the price.

It looks very nice and modern. It was very easy to install, even though direction was useless. You have to buy a nice bulb like the picture, it doesn't come with it. I found it for $9.00 in The Home Depot.
