The description implied to be a great PC. Before ordering it, I asked if it included keyboard and mouse. Responded yes. Placed order. As keyboard and mouse were not in the specs but were part of PC, asked more questions, not at at once: Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 wireless, bluetooh 4.1, speakers, sound card. Responded yes on Ethernet, no on 802.11 wireless and bluetooth 4.1. No answer on speakers and sound car. Asked not to ship product before receiving notification of PC shipped. PC was delivered on time and very early in the morning. Double boxed, wrapped in plastic film. Setup PC and have not had any problem. Has sound card, no speakers but able to connect to mine. Just I can not connect wirelessly and no bluetooth. The seller is Microsoft refurbished certified. No manuals included.I recommend the PC and the seller but suggest to make all kind of questions before placing the order. In my case, I can live with the PC as it is. I have to use wireless connection with printers and others from the one provided by internet company, my laptop and wireless TVs. Other that these issues, it is a great PC and saved a lot of money but I was lucky with my quick purchase decision.

Desktop setup was easy with a generic admin user already installed. The computer arrived was clean, came with a wired keyboard and mouse that are actually better than average, it also came with a USB wireless adapter, nice. Worth every penny. The fan is very quiet.Update: I have had this for a while now (10 months), and I am very happy. Large RAM and Hard Drive are so nice. A recent Windows 10 a version came installed, so no long hours of updates. Fast enough for business and home use, not likely enough for a serious gamer. Best Computer Value on all of Amazon.

I just bought this pc and it's very quite, too quite for a desktop and so far is working great! Comes with a generic keyboard and mouse but good to have them as a back-up. Don't use wireless to activate Windows, In my case it was too weak or something so, I used the wired connection and it was good to go.

A nice desktop for a great price. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Good capacity drives and memory size make for a nice home PC. I added a graphics card for my new ( low priced ) monitor.

Do not buy if looking for a cheap gaming PC you get low fps in old titles and it lags in the browser for God's sake

After opening the package, start up unit and in few minutes the fan came on and very loud air loud. No image came on on screen display...

Very disappointed refurbished parts are pretty bad not buying used motherboard and hard drive that can be a short term later dead Problem w hard drive and windows 10 professional are not working to installed on my computer so I will upgraded a new windows 10 pro CD and 2 tb new hard drive but the rest of computer parts are working nice computer tower motherboard DVD keyboards mouse etc disappointed no window 10 pro CD should comes w computer tech guy will help me to buy a computer parts at the stores in my city selling cheaper than u selling it for $255 certified tech should be checking properly to fix it before selling it on amazon so that would satisfied to buy it again from you but I would give u a fairly 3 stars thanks

Not impressed, I've had nothing but issues with the audio, when hooked up to my pioneer receiver it causes the receiver to lose it's latest update which takes 30 minutes to reinstall. On my Denon it just won't sent the audio sometimes. Will send it no problem to my TV speakers.

This computer was working great for a while, for about 4 months, then one day it would NOT boot up.My uncle did a hard drive scan and concluded that it was in fact the hard drive that was toast. Not very happy with how long it lasted. Spend the extra amount (if you really can) and get something A LOT better, (and more recent gen) unless you're looking for something quick and cheap.

Functioned well, fully rebuilt, qulity of rebuild was good. Had needs that were different then this computer delivered, so I returned the unit, handled really well by the supplier.

Arrived quickly, computer was clean, well packed, It started up and was easy to set up. Good product, good service, good price.
