Fantastic case. I've had if for about 2 weeks now and I really like it. Initially I had 1 concern, which was whether the corners weeks be protected in a fall; and one "feature" I was interested in, which was NO COVER /LID! All other cases for this tablet have a cover so I had to do some searching! I have an iPhone 5 with an otterbox case, and it is a hard plastic case around the phone with a silicone cover wrapped around that. That case has saved my butt many times and has helped me to realize that I definitely have my moments if clumsiness!! I was looking for a case similar to that but otterbox has yet to make a case for the Asus, nor does any competitor. After reading the reviews this seemed like a great choice, with, as I mentioned at the beginning, my only concern being how well protected are the corners in case of a drop. Well I will say that I am well pleased. The corners on this bad boy are protected by very thick and tough material, and although their now protected by a hard plastic-type material I am confident that in the case of a drop I'm good-to-go! As stated in other reviews this does add a good amount of thickness, so if you're interested in keeping your Asus thin this is not a good choice. If that's not an issue and you have a similar interest in a case without a cover this is an awesome choice. Plus with the rubber it is easy to grip and does not slide easily out of your hands! Overall I would buy this again and recommend to anyone else to buy this too!

I love the case for what it was designed , I use my note 8 as portable music and photo album , connected via Bluetooth with my car , keep my notes in it and pretty much what its meant to do as small screen PCIts a well thought and designed product , love the way the speaker ports direct sound from back to front and kind of amplify itAs all the stuff goes there is always room for improvementAs it is I would have liked a little more room to swipe from outer edges , I have big fingers and its sometimes hard to use swipe from out of lcd area or from bezel like for charms bar and closing applications , the case stops ur finger from going out of screen to bezel and perform these windows 8 features , its only issue if u have big fingers but should get used to ipretty soon . just takes some time to learn the techniqueA little weight reduction would be good , but I would suggest a completely new sister case to this with less overall coverage for for aesthetic appeal and light weight and most people don't use it rough enuf to utilize this caseAnd lastly , its quite firm and easy to stretch and put on at same time and lovely to hold but u will feel the weight if hold up for long time , using both hands or support from table is niceAll in all worth the buy if as name suggests ruggedness is ur demand

This case is exactly as advertised. It is really rugged and large which really increases the size of the tablet. I would have much preferred a small tight fitting TPU case that kept the size down. If you are trying to protect your device from falls or kids, this is it. It does fit well and you really can hear the speakers with it on. The quality is good.

this case is SO THICK. i love it. i'm a very clumsy person, and i have a cat who likes to push things onto the floor and a five year old who likes to take my tablet to play on it. having the thick sides is so great. it's a little struggle to get on because it's so snug, and you have to be careful if you put a screen protector on as the edge might lift up with the pressure of the case as you're putting it on.when i first got the case, i opened it and bent the case to see how flexible it was. the back is VERY flexible, but the left and right sides barely bent at all! they're VERY solid! the top and bottom bent where the vents (bits for the sound? idk lol) are up top, but i expected that.the texture attracts hair just a little, but it wipes off just fine. i've dealt with worse on that front, but thought i'd mention it!i will say: make sure you've got your microSD card in before you put the case on! it's not difficult to peel back the corner to put one in, but if you have a screen protector the edge may come up. that's what happened with mine! i didn't worry about it, though, since it just stuck right back down.

I have several silicon and tpu cases for a number of my cases. I was not expecting the size of the border - it is nearly 1/2 inch thick. I was looking for something thin and light that gave a little added protection. This thing turns it into one of those kids tablets. The bright color just adds to that. If you bought the tablet for your kid to use thus case is a good choice. It should protect it from most corner drops. It also makes it easy to hold I suppose. Probably good for arthritic hands. I am probably returning it. If it were cheaper, I might keep it.

This case fits perfectly and allows access to all buttons and ports. It's not overly bulky, but it still protects my daughter's VivoTab from damage as evidenced by the first drop from waist height after only two days. The extreme visibility makes it harder to leave behind and is easily recognizable from a distance. This is a simple, well designed and built case. Highly recommended and well worth the price.

The images for this item are very deceiving. I ordered the outrageous orange. Image was nice bright cheerful color.The item that arrived was a very dull ugly orange brown color. Nothing cheerful about it.The item looked like it would function fine and I have ordered a different color.

Don't pay no attention, to what this customers complaints!I own this same case, but it is purple. I love it. It is strong, and worth the money I paid for it!Sometimes people complain, just to have something to say. I think it is is well built I give it 4 stars, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Ajusta perféctamente y tiene muy buena calidad da seguridad ante caídas. Muy bien acolchado en los bordes. Lo recomiendo sin dudas

Buona custodia a guscio, il mio tablet asus m80ta va perfettamente, il materiale al tatto è molto piacevole con una buona presa senza riscio che il tablet scivoli, solo se fosse piu facile mantenerla pulita darei 5 stelle. Comunque Grazie del prodotto. Lo consiglio!

awesome quality and fit only wish it had a strap on it for putting hand or arm through it as we use tablet in retail setting for inventory counts

It helps keeping Vivotab Note 8 away from damages. It provides large rubber sides. The gray one has a real nice colour. Despite it's big, writing with pen isn't a problem.
