5 star customer service
5 stars for customer service. Couldn't be happier with the promt, courteous and "extra mile" response. When I first received the two box coop, the instructions were missing and all the hardware. Without the instructions,I couldn't be sure what else was missing. I contacted Aesom (pronounced "awesome" for good reason) they immediately emailed a copy for me to review. I emailed the missing inventory list back to them. Because so many items were missing, Aesome sent out an entire new coop which arrived the very next week! That being said, the actual product is what other reviewers have mentioned: average quality, difficult to put together because the items are not labeled or identified and one has to guess what the itemthe pictures represent. However, I was so pleased with customer service,I would buy from them again.

Agree with Jeffrey
As he stated; there was only one sheet of directions, and it was difficult to read [small print] and not easy to interpret. I laid out the parts as well as the screws, so I was sure to match to the directions. [ if they said 11 for one A 7 screw as an example; counted them out and so on. I then went back on line and save each picture of the tractor hen house to use as a guide. Remember to match the holes for the screws and should work well. Believe it would help if they would mark each part. Example: Part "D" which is front and back. Park K will match the screw holes on "D" , but hard to find at first. Can see where one has little experience in building kits or any thing would have a bit of a Problem. It is good looking and would recommend that you lay out your parts prior to putting together. Same for screws etc. so you are sure which ones are which. Once you make copy's of the photo's that they show. it will be easy one to build. Will up date later at the end of the summer how it held together and functional. This will be the 2nd year that we had the product. I live in the North West and we are known to have a bit of rain. I like the idea of the Wheeled Tractor Hen House Chicken Coop w/ Run so I could move it around. Sounds great idea and it would work well on flat surface with no rain or mud. The only recommendation that I would make fi you need the tractor hen house you should have a design with 4 wheels to move from spot to spot. One of the problems that I found with this product was they used staples in construction. But for the price if you know how to use a screw driver and screws you should not have any problems as I made other changes. In June of 2014 we took the wheels off making it stationary and expanded the chicken run. We maintain four laying hens and let me out to roam daily. The design is great. Any questions feel free to contact me

Buyers Beward
I should have listened to the online reviews on this one!!!!!!! I don't care what country it is made in, Amazon should rethink selling this. The directions where non existent, the coop is not movable, unless you call tilting it on its and and hoping it will budge (movable?). The run portion of the coop is flimsy as previously reported and requires a lot of additional support. The ramp, broke during the first "move" and everything else is just falling apart. The sad part about this is I spent quite a bit of money on this junk! In addition, as you know if you own chickens, I can't just get rid of it, so I am stuck until I can save up to buy or build a new one. If the construction where not an issue the design certainly is. The end of the run is not accessible:( So putting in your water and feeder is almost impossible. The smart thing would have been to have one of the top fenced pieces open and lock so that you could reach in. I sincerely hope this review along with the others keeps you from spending money on a product that I call as "Junk".

CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP!
Well, like most of the reviews say, this is a cheep kit, made of cheep wood, cheep stain, and cheep hardware (see what I did there?)All in all, this is the cheapest made thing I think I have ever ordered on Amazon! The wood is Pine or Fur so the coop is very light weight when put together and easy to move when assembled. The problem with the wood that this is made out of is that it does not hold up well to the stress of moving or weather. I have already had a few pieces of wood break on me (actually the front 3rd broke off the back 2/3rds) and I have since replaced the broken wood with green-treat wood. While doing that, I also replaced all the hardware. The screws in the kit stripped easily, and have since been replaced by deck screws, one of the 2 latches broke, and 2 of the 6 hinges have broke since I put it all together. The stain has since faded and is now almost down to the bare wood, so I re stained it since I put it together too. The roof leaked in on my birds and they hated it! I have since shingled the roof. The best part of this kit is the wheels and axle that they included. I would buy the wheel kit separate, if you could, and build yourself a coop that will last... I have only owned mine less than 3 months now and have replaced just about everything on it, aside from the wheels. If you are in a pinch like I was and needed something quick and easy to put together for your chicks, and you dont mind getting ripped off (the situation I was in), this is your coop!
