The joy on my 1 year old sons face when I sing and read him these books is everything!!!! Favorite book in the set is silly songs!

Great toy! Your kid learns how to play their mini piano.

My son had one of these before that broke. We got this one, but only half the buttons worked, so he was disappointed when it didn’t work like the one before. We waited until Christmas to give it to him, so it was too late to return it. We would still like another one as long as it works the right way. They are hard to find other places though.

My kiddo loves the board and the book. I did notice that the board faulted out quite quickly. We bought this one to replace another smart pad that broke. This one started doing the same thing within 2 weeks - the sounds will not play fully and sometimes will skip (think when a CD gets stuck and repeats the same sound over and over). This happened with no rough housing or mistreatment.

We've had this since 2019 when my daughter turned 1. This has been a really popular toy in our house since then and has been through a lot. A couple of the keys on the piano have finally given out on us so I might need to order a new one now that we have another kid who also enjoys it. I was surprised to see this wasn't rated all that well, it's really fun and the books are great!

My two year old received one of these keyboards as a present over a year ago. He absolutely loves playing with it. He enjoys listening to the songs more than actually playing with the keys (which is funny because he is always playing with our piano and keyboard).Everything worked perfectly the entire year until he accidentally spilled bubbles on it, which is why I am now on Amazon ordering a new one. I opened it and tried to clean it up, but some of the functions no longer work. It is not waterproof, but I probably could have saved it if I had gotten around to cleaning it sooner. Unfortunately, it happened around the time the school year was starting, so I incredible busy with setting up my classroom.Since we have the books, I wish just the keyboard was available. However, our kiddo tore up some of the books, so it will be nice to have a fresh set. He wasn't to into following the books with keyboard, so we'll probably just put those somewhere safe until he starts showing interest in the old ones.Hopefully, the issues some of the other reviewers had were just manufacturing defects. Based upon my experience with the keyboard, I'm comfortable purchasing another. If anything changes, I'll update my review.

First received as gift and the item did not work at all.Second one worked for a few weeks then once you pushed on a sound or key it was stuck on that sound and kept repeating and would not turn off, finally had to take batteries out to get it to stop going off.
