Samsung UN32H5203 32-Inch 1080p 60Hz Smart LED TV (Black Friday Special)

Needed a decent-sized screen for my master bedroom with built-in WiFi and ability to run apps onboard since I don't plan on renting another Verizon STB. Got this for the Black Friday sale and the price was right.As far as setup, just follow the instructions and you'll be fine. Ensure you're in good range of your wireless router and that should go smoothly. Mine turned on and it took I think 5 mins to download updates and install.Certain apps run better than others. I have to say the Netflix app is very slow and it's surprising. You would think they've got it nailed down by now but they don't. Search is clunky and it's slow to react; that's not at all the TV's fault. I'm simply stating because I've read other reviewers complain about it.The sound level and volume control is ridiculous. From about 25 through 50 the volume stays the same. I have another Samsung that I can't seem to keep low enough because it's so loud. This one isn't very loud. Sound is decent if not a little bass-heavy but I don't care. I'm just watching Bob's Burgers on a slow Netflix app anyway...I'm trying not to review the Tv's performance using apps developed by 3rd parties so I'll just say that for the price, this TV is a good buy. Picture is pretty damn good. The unit is very light and will mount easily with the VESA-compliant bracket I bought. Remote is decent as well. I mainly bought it for the SMART features and that's what I got...but not an ounce more.I've not yet tried file formats on the external ports or anything like that but for what it does on Wifi, it's worth the price. Ask questions if you have them and I'll reply.

WAS RANDOMLY DUMPED IN YARD FOR DELIVERY;. WERE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE GREEN TINT PREVALENT IN ALL COLOR PROGRAMS. ALSO HAD SAME PROBLEM [WITH DISAPPEARING MARGINS] THAT WE HAD WITH OUR SEVERAL YEAR OLD SAMSUNG' WE BOUGHT THE ROKU 2 TO HELP BRING IN TV.JV.ORG.BROADCAST. HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT APP YET. WE RETURNED THE SAMSUNG 32" AS IT HAD GREEN UNEDITABLE STREAKS THROUGH THE SCREEN. SLIGHT COLOR AND SETUP PROBLEMS AS THE SAMSUNG 32" WE ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FROM WALMART.. HAD SIMILAR DEFECTS AS THE ONE WE ORDERED FROM WALMART [GREEN TINT, ETC]

Maybe I'm just overly excited because this is my first flat screen... maybe I'm overly wowed because I went from a 26 in CRT style Sharp to this, but I love it! The picture is great and the sound is good (though it could benefit from some surround sound). I haven't really explored the SMART functionality yet - but what I've seen so far has been pretty cool.I only have one real complaint - It would have been nice to have another set of AV inputs for those of us who do not have HDMI on our cable box. There is only one set - I have an old Wii and I don't subscribe to HD cable, and the coax rendered picture isn't as good as AV (true for every TV), so I'm running everything through a selector box. This girl is on a budget!!!!.I would recommend this TV for anyone who wants a nice TV (it's a Samsung!) for a nice price.

Hi just wanted to say this is the first Samsung and my first HD LED Smart TV I've ever bought personally for myself and I am well pleased. :) This tv is big enough to fit in my bedroom and it is very nice and I really love the picture quality! Although it may not have a 120 refresh rate and I know it is 60Hz it's still a really awesome great buy! I got this TV for the Black Friday Special and I received my Samsung TV Thursday before Black Friday plus I could track the shipping status of my TV so that really helped and it arrived on schedule so yes Amazon is a really nice website to buy and ship products. I also love this tv because it looks really awesome with my PS4 connected to it and the LED's in this TV really make the colors pop right out of the TV! I mean like for instant when you look at a fire or an explosion it just almost blinds you like Samsung has an awesome setup to their TV's and they are the leaders in LED and LCD TV's and I believe it! Like this TV brings out the colors instead of them drowning them out Samsung makes the colors pop out of the screen! I really give this tv 5 Stars! I recommend this Samsung LED TV or any of their TV's to anyone and I'm glad I bought one of their products for I have heard they are all about quality and I agree way to go Samsung ya'll make the best TV's truly the best and Samsung has a good reputation in my opinion next to SONY! I recommend this tv to anyone who wants quality at a great price!

After the TV was delivered, I had to wait for Bright House cable to move the cable in my apartment. Apartment is small, so I set up the TV on the included stand. Bright House cancels twice, the TV is working fine, but I have no place to keep the huge cardboard box it came in. Take it to the dumpster. Two days later I get my cable moved. Install the brackets on the back of the tv to mount on the wall. The TV does not weigh that much, but it was a little awkward trying to align the mounting wire onto the brackets. The TV shifts in my arms and moves forward two inches and hits me in the forehead....with such little force, I did not even blink, righted the TV and got it hung. Plug it in and there is a digital crack right down the middle of the TV. Box is gone, no warranty for this, chuck it in the garbage and order another one.I know, I know, all the jerk offs are going to be saying " your fault, shouldn't have tried to do it yourself"....yeah, yeah

This is my first SMART TV and I am using it without local TV or cable; that said, I am using the Roku with Hulu Plus. If this is your first SMART TV I will say there is a learning curve when you first turn it on. Customer service was patient, and courteous when I could not figure something out. The hardest part was having to scope out each individual letter when signing up with each app. using my email and passwords...time consuming, but OK.Would I recommend this...the jury is still out on this one as I work through figuring out all the apps. I may want. The Ematic EMW3301 for mounting worked well and secure for this TV. (it is the one I used and available on Amazon)
