Synd-X Powder is an effective product to achieving my healthy living goals. A friend recommended this to me when I asked how she lost 40 pounds in three months. When I started using this product I was concerned about the price. I started with two scoops in my morning drink and one scoop in my afternoon drink and the product lasted me about 7 days- ouch! Three weeks later I no longer had the same appetite and I was not hungry, so I cut my usage down to one scoop in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. So the product is lasting longer and I do not need to reorder as often. It's not included in Amazon Prime Free Shipping and I don't like paying the $7.00 shipping fee! If you by two of these, then the shipping is $9.00I mix the Synd-X Powder with a handful of Super Greens, 1 banana, frozen mango or peaches and Pure Almond Milk in my NurtiBullet. It's very tasty and even my husband is drinking the "green drink."The Liver Cleansing Diet by Dr Cabot is a SLOW weight loss program. I've lost some weight and I feel really good for the first time in many years
I purchased this about a month ago and I use it combination with Dr. Cabot's liver cleansing diet, Livatone Plus supplement and Calm magnesium supplement. I drink one shake a day using 1 scoop of power and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. I have had fabulous results on this regime. Today, I looked in the mirror and can tell its all working together as my skin is healthier, I've lost some weight and I feel really good for the first time in many years.This is not intended to be your sole meal replacement nor should you be looking for something delicious. It's just good for you and it helps maintain my hormonal balance so I am not insanely hungry at moments that I can't control my dietary choices. The main reason that I use this power is really so that I eat something healthy in the morning. I am terrible at skipping breakfast but this is so easy, it's doable.I know people talk about the price but it is high quality and if you keep putting cheap crap in your body you'll keep getting the same results.So in summary, it's not 'the answer' but part of the answer if you are truly looking to take care of your liver so that you can actually live well and burn fat off again.

Love this product . My 16 y daughter was diagnosed with non- alcoholic fatty liver and is in the process of losing weight . This powder is a great protein source with low calories for after her workouts. The powder dissolves completely in any liquid(we mix with coconut milk) - no lumps. One purchase we received the package was damaged and the company quickly sent out a replacement without question or additional charge- great customer service!!! The vanilla flavor is delicious and no chemical sugar after taste!!! I have been ordering this product for over a year, and am not being compensated for this review.

Surprisingly Delicious
I found this product surprisingly delicious. I mixed 1 scoop with soy milk crushed ice and a banana in the blender and drank it every morning for breakfast. ( I would blend all the ingredients and add the scoop of powder last while blender was running)Directions call for 1 to 2 scoops, but I found 1 scoop did the job. It curbed my appetite. Only negative for me was that it ran out too quick. I container lasted about 3 weeks.

Tastes Excellent!!
My husband started the "Liver Cleansing" diet and this was recommended in her book. He has tried several powders before, most of them tasting like chalk. He was hesitant to try this powder, but once he did, he loves it!! It really fills you up, and tastes good. If you want a special treat, blend with a banana. I bought some for my family as a present, and they love it too. A little bit goes a long way, so start with 1 scoop of powder first, and then move up to two. I highly recommend this product!!
