K-Ink Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 920 XL 920XL (4 Pack)

The black ink leaked out the top when the tab was removed & was leaking out the bottom also. The pink color had a tab that was broken. The yellow leaked out the bottom. They did not work on my printer. Canon printer only? Where did it say that, when I ordered it? I have a HP Office Jet. I incorrectly assumed the H stood for HP Officejet and it did say series 6000 which I have. I was very disappointed even if it didn't leak all over.Sounded good but you get what you pay for.

This is the first time I have purchased from K-Ink and I am very pleased. The only problem I had is that my printer recognized the cartridge as not their brand, so it took a couple of steps to override. The quality of printing is equal to the brand name cartridges at a significant cost savings. Delivery was prompt, but the packaging for mailing could have been better. The product boxes were bent, but the cartridges were perfectly intact. Perhaps a cushioned mailer or a box in the future?

So, I pulled the tab (the one that says “pull” on it) and now I’m covered in ink. My carpet would be too, but I had a strange feeling that I should do this over the kitchen sink.I want to return this, but do you really want it sent back? A leaking ink cartridge?

Easy install, great value, I saved about $45 buying this product.

Ink bleed

Works well with my printer. I bought this product several times and never had any issues.

I am sitting here with ink all over my hands! Cartridges were leaking in the packaging.
