Lots of thick padding. Good enough for small leaks without plastic pants. I got the 4x and according to the size chart they should be a little small for me but if anything they're a little big. They sag after a while even if dry.

The filling in these washable undergarments are very good at moisture wicking. I have slight incontinence issues and these make it so when I dribble from random reasons or laughing or sneezing too hard it wicks away the urine so I don't feel like I'm just sitting in my slight accidents. I will wear these all day long and they hold up great for me. They're very comfortable. I'm about a 33" waist, 5'2", and around 140lbs. I went with the size small and it fits me perfectly. It hits at my hip level and doesn't stand out or look bulky under my clothing. This is everything I was looking for!As far as washing goes, I soak the undergarments in oxyclean for a couple hours to remove the initial urine, press the water out as best I can. Then I will toss them in with my regular laundry to wash and dry. I have a washing machine without an agitator so I don't have to worry about the washing machine being too rough on them. If I let these out to dry by air they take a day or two just because of the bulk of the filling. I don't have any issues with them losing shape or absorbency or shrinking in size from throwing them in the dryer though.

While I didn't do a ton of research on this kind of product before I purchased (I should have), the first wetting (barely anything, I'd guess less than 1/4 cup) it leaked out of the sides and underneath. It's absolutely more of a play item than an item you can actually use. I don't think I'll ever use it again but it's had fluids on it now so no chance I could return it. I'd either get a bunch of boosters or opt for a more quality product.

Went to wear it my first time in bed, had an accident, leaked all over the sheets, same results if i were to wear regular underwear, the only postive is that they are extremly comfortable. Not made for practical use

Great fit. Very soft and toddlerish. If you happen to wet these remember the plastic pants or you'll have wet pants.
