Received the case in the past hour. Prompt delivery, looks great, fits nice and snug, no bubbles, etc, However, with case on, the power simply continuously reboots. I think the tab under the case power button may be a little to long, depressing the tablet power button when the case is on. I remove the bottom half of the case, the reboots stop.I have contacted the vendor and am awaiting a response.

I got this to make it easier to hold such a thin device as there is not much space around the screen and I have big hands/fingers. The case part is nice and durable, but the switches tend to be very stiff and it caused problems when attached as it was causing booting problems and such (device was acting if the button was continually being depressed, and would reboot or go into safe mode). The plug cover for the charge port takes getting used to when trying to hold open while inserting the charge plug. I don't really care for the screen cover, as it detracts from the full effectiveness of the screen resolution. There are dots that run in a grid pattern that are visible when the screen is dark or black and is distracting. There doesn't seem to be a way to use this without it. At least with the rubber sides the cat doesn't knock it off the desk every time she runs by.

I ordered this case because it is a non-sticker/static screen protector with back just like the case for my phone. It's an aftermarket product but seems to be made well to spec. The 2 days waiting for it to be delivered were hell because I wanted to use my tablet but hated being super careful with it! Now I feel confident just sticking it in my bag and going. A little pricey compared to the competition but still a good value at 20 bucks

SUPCASE has been my top choice for cases on all my devices. They look clean and doesnt increase phone size too much. The build quality is TOP NOTCH. Wouldn't surprise me if this case lasted the lifetime of the device. One thing i do is replace the plastic built-in screen protector with a glass screen protector. its pretty easy to pop out the old one, its glued on pretty well so it wont fall off but if you give it a little force it will come out clean.

I love the feel and look of this case but I'm only giving it 3 stars because of one big defect. When I put the case on my tablet and power on my device I noticed I was suddenly in safe mode and I could not use any of my apps. At first I was afraid something was wrong with my tablet but after doing some research about how safe mode works and upon further inspection of my new case I realized the problem. The inside of the volume keys on inside of the case was too large and pressing down firmly on the volume buttons. So therefore when I powered on my tablet this case was holding down the volume buttons and causing me to boot up in safe mode. I was going to return it for a refund but ended up using nail clippers to trim the inside of those buttons down and now problem solved.

Alot of good the wrong case does! And no I didn't order the wrong one. And after waiting 2 weeks to get it on prime.

bought because the dang Samsung tab S is too thin and my hands would accidently hit the touch sensitive buttons while holding sideways (landscape). This case fixed both problems. now it feels like the right weight and I feel like it fits correctly in my hands, and it also made it so I don't rub my inner palms against those stupid touch sensitive keys.
