This is perfect when the neck gets stiff from sitting and typing too long or when arthritis acts up.

Does the job and easy to warm up.

I bought this plus a larger rectangular pad by the same maker. The rectangular one is great... excellent quality, and it's all sewn into long sections, with each section being filled fully with beads. Very good. This neck U, however, is the exact opposite. How one company can make one thing so well, and another so poorly, is a mystery to me! The U is not stitched into sections, like the rectangle. That, in itself, wouldn't be a problem if the U was filled solidly with beads. But it's so skimpily filled, that it works poorly to give consistent relief of your neck/shoulder pain. It's difficult to position it on your shoulders so that all the beads are distributed evenly. The slightest little movement makes all the beads "migrate" to one side, leaving the opposite side completely empty. This problem wouldn't exist if the company had just filled the U up completely, instead of thinly. Or even stitching it into sections, like on the rectangle. Unfortunately, I highly recommend the 12x16" rectangle, but NOT this U. Even the cover is a poorer quality design. The rectangular one is stitched on three sides. The cover for the U is left open and unstitched on BOTH ENDS, so it slides off from two directions. Very poorly conceived product, I'm afraid... and DEFINITELY not worth the price being charged!!! I'd say it's worth about ten bucks, and no more!! Keep shopping, there's a better product for you out there.

It is very comfortable but doesn't stay hot very long and the directions say not to reheat it for a couple of hours. I like it just wish it stayed hot longer

I'm keeping it because I have a torn rotator cuff that I need to put heat on once in a while. I probably thought that, instead of putting it around my neck, it would be just as easy to drape over the affected part of my shoulder. I would rather have something at a reasonable cost that wasn't too heavy and that would cover more of both the neck and shoulder areas. Unlike the picture where the thing is shown without a cover, they send you a stupid sleeve to put on it, and the material and construction of the sleeve are so ludicrous, I wonder why they bother -- mine went straight into the trash.Also, it does not stay hot long enough.

Not sure about the other reviewer's experience, but I rely on this for my cervical issues associated with a shoulder injury...works beautifully. Moist heat therapy should not be over 15-20 minutes according to my physical therapist, and this works great for that time period, then stays warm a while as well (use it for my sinuses when just warm).

It did its job

2016 Laramie diesel 4x4. 59 miles so far. I like the seats. The diesel has good acceleration and I'm in love with the speedo digital readout. First things needed is a tool box and running boards. I traded in an F-250 and this truck is nearly as tall. My wife can't get in it. I'm going with AMP Research power steps and will let you know how they work out.
