After several years of regular (intense) exercise, I noticed that my body doesn’t really sweat any more. Paired with the fact that my gym is always FREEZING, I decided to give this Hot Belt a try. First, it’s the best sweat I’ve ever had during cardio, which is SO good for you! Second, my abs look SO chisled every time I take it off! It seems to really help diminish stomach fat or any water I hold in that area. Alright so here is the scoop! I’ve tried a lot of different waist trainers and this is by far the most comfortable one yet. Now, I’m not sure if it’s just a placebo effect from wearing the trainer and it’s keeping me more accountable to my behaviors but I’ve already gone down a dress size from wearing it a few hours per day since I got it a little over a week ago. My abdominal definition is coming in and I’m starting to look very fit. The adjustable eye hook latch is awesome for fluctuations in water retention/fat. I’m excited to see the results in a few more weeks! I highly recommend this waist trainer to anyone who is looking to develop more definition in their waist area.

I have tried multiple “waist trainers” & heat belts prior to purchasing my Hot Shapers Hot Belt. Most other brands were either too stiff or very uncomfortable. The Hot Belt material is very flexible & very comfortable material. I have a 27” waist & ordered a Small. In retrospect I should have ordered an XS because I immediately was in the middle hooks & with only a week of use, I can safely move to the smallest hooks.The Hot Belt really makes you sweat extra in your core and also helps me maintain posture & a tight core. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Love the product - really helps to sweat and even after one workout, I felt as though my clothes fit better! If you are kind of in between sizes, size down, as you want it to be tight on for the best results. I wear a large shirt and wish I would’ve bought a medium belt because. Few workouts in and it already feels pretty loose.

This product does exactly what it claims! I sweat a lot more when wearing this, and I definitely notice a difference in how much my stomach tones out. This is honestly one of the best waist trainers I've tried! If you're an avid fitness junkie, give this product a try! It will be worth your while!

Need to say that I am a huge fan of sculpting belts and this one is by far my new favorite one. I started wearing it just to work out because of the nice support it provides and the “sweat” that results as an evidence of the work.Then, since it is light, I also started wearing it under my regular clothing. I still can sweat without showing it or messing up my outfit!I will definitely will get a second one.
