I'm very disappointed by the quality of this water bottle. It's only been a few days since I purchased this, and the plastic cap had already snapped off and this was just after a simple pick up. I only used this for the workplace and home, too. I can't imagine how this would withstand a hike.

Pros: This container does an amazing job of keeping beverages cool for a LONG time. Amazing in that regard.Cons: The plastic strap connecting the lid to the bottle lasted all of 1 day before breaking. Unlike most every other water bottle you have ever had you can not carry this using that loop - not more than twice... That then leads to the other reality that makes me say this is more of a container than a bottle. It is large and unwieldy without any handles of any kind and not light when you add 64 ounces of water.So if you were looking for a device to keep your beverages cold for a long time and you don't mind pouring the beverages out into something you can easily drink from this will work for you. If you are thinking of buying a 64 oz. Water Bottle to take to the gym, I would say you should look elsewhere.

The quality of the bottle itself is good but the cap is not. In only a week, the plastic handle that connects between the bottle and the cap broke off from the top. There's a serious flaw in the design of this piece. For a heavy bottle like this, this flimsy part will be broken very soon.UPDATEDI'm very surprised that I just received a brand new bottle from them with a Thank You note. I've update my star rating to 5-star because my only gripe was with the cap and the bottle itself has been holding up really well.

Amazing product! Even thought the black part of the lid( the plastic part that connects the lid broke a month after the purchase) I think it’s a great product. It probably broke because I would hold it form there and the full thermos is too heavy. However it’s not a problem to have it without that plastic part. The lid is made of steel which is great because I had a previous thermos that the lid was made of plastic and I dropped it and the top lid that closes the thermos broke. So I could not use the thermos anymore. Because water would come out of the broken lid. However with this thermos that is not an issue because no water how much you drop it the lid is made of steel so it won’t break. I highly recommend This product. It also keeps my drinks cold or hot whatever I would like!

The cap strap is not a handle. Held by the cap strap when pulling it out of the box and it snapped. Other than that it’s still a decent product. Needed it, so we’re keeping it. It just sucks that I can’t buy the Swig Savvy brand carry case alone.Edited Review:Swig Savvy is definitely number one when it comes to customer satisfaction. I posted a review about the 64oz cap attachment and how it broke pulling it from the box without any water within. Other than that the product is great. My son swears the container itself holds ice for more than 24 hours and his water is always so cold. I love that, especially since my son is outside for marching band in three digit heats here in Las Vegas. The company went above and beyond by sending a durable cap that can also be used as a handle based solely on my review and my purchase. Aside from the review I didn't attempt any further contact. I would 10/10 order from Swig Savvy again!

Delivered as promised. It kept my lemonade cold the entire day. I need to walk 2 miles to get to the nearest bus (Tulsa has really bad bus service). I live in hilly region with no sidewalks (Tulsa has very few sidewalks). The temps were in the high 90’s (heat index in the 100’s). I had the SWIG SAVVY 64 oz in a Wild Wolf Outfitters holder. Perfect combination. The lemonade was cold all day and the 64 oz was just enough to last the entire day. There was no sweating, no leaking, no moisture on the outside of the SWIG SAVVY 64 oz. definitely pleased with this purchase. Great product.

I searched for water bottle long time ago and I am glad I found this one .. I filled the bottle with cold water and it keeps the water cold for up to 24 hours without even adding ice .. the lid will be broken i think if you will try to open it too fast .. for me when I fill the bottle with water the lid never break .. ( I wish that I can add photos but the amazon didn't accept it don't know why I received this message "There was an error processing your file, please try another file")Anyway, I really give them a massive respect after knowing that they're trying to fix the problem to win back the customer confidence. definitely pleased with this purchase. what a wonderful product.keep it up .. best wishes :)

I work in medicine and I speak a great deal during the day so my mouth becomes dry. Also I require a great deal of water through the day and I do not have the time to refill a water bottle. The bottle keeps my water cold and refreshing through a 10 hr work day and allows me to get my total amount of water without refilling. I will buy again and I have already recommended it to several friends.

The bottle seems of good quality, and definitely keeps my water cool but it's more like a cooler, rather than a bottle you'd take around. The bottle is quite heavy to pick up, especially with liquid in it and you cannot hold with one hand. You have to hold this with both hands, so I personally wouldn't suggest to carry this around. I keep this at home or at work. A handle on the bottle would be great but it is what it is, it's better than a plastic alternative and this should last a lot longer - so will continue to use for now. Would recommend on the basis the bottle is kept in one place rather than using on the move. I got the blue bottle and it's a nice colour, no issues with the outer appearance.

Love this! Really nice growler - an essential item at the moment during lockdown! It’s a lovely colour, very good quality and great value considering the cost of some growlers. Keeps beer fresh (we drank after 24 hours and it was still cold and tasted great). We are out at work a fair bit still so we had it delivered to one of my best friends who is a landlady. She filled it up with ale and we booked a takeaway slot at her pub. Perfect! Bring the pub home whilst support your local!

It’s well insulted and the wide spout is useful.The design is great!The build quality is pretty poor though.The lid doesn’t fit airtight due to poor tolerances and can leak slowly if laid on its side. The plastic loop to the lid should be sturdy but has already broken on one of the two I’ve purchased.Hard to recommend unless you can get it cheap.

Really hard wearing. Keeps liquid hot or cold throughout a full day. Ideal when you have an evil boss who won't let you leave your desk to make a drink! I have two. One for hot water and one for milk. And I never leave my desk....
