I wanted to get the LED mask for a while and when I saw this one with neck attachment, I got it. Dermashine has mask only, which is rated high and this looks like the same mask with neck attachment added.Item arrived really fast with nice instructions, which are bit "misleading".Once i figured that MODE is changed with +/- buttons and COLOR with the mode button I was on my way.The control Unit was charged and It does not have to be plugged in when used. But should be charged (I guess).First day I used it for 20 minutes on Mode 2. Next day I felt like bit of sun tan on my face, and my skin felt nice.Second day I used it for 25 min, last 5 min I blasted on mode 5 with a white light. Today I feel like a bit of sun burn,so I will give it a rest for couple of days.The mask is attached with sunglasses handles, and is not heavy. The neck is attached with strap and is light. I guess you could walk around a bit with the mask, I prefer to lay down.Hope it works, I need more elasticity in my skin. Did the before pics and if it works will post before and after.

Hi :) After just one 70 minute maximum session, I can say that I used the green light 1st, the blue light 2nd, the yellow light 3rd, & then the purple light as the 4th and final light within the most time allowed. I did not get to try the white light, but did see that when going through the modes that the red light & the light blue light systems work fine, only that I did not use them in a session yet. I have several skin devices other than this mask, so I have to try to balance the usage of each of them when done in succession of each other. I did notice that a stubborn spot on my face did reduce size and flatten out a bit the very next day after I tried this system. So I would suggest giving this mask & neck therapy a try. It was nice to be able to do a stair stepping exercise, while wearing the mask, since this fits over the ears, & the neck piece has a decent adjustable strap that stays put to enjoy the benefits of targeting the areas without fumbling around for goggles falling off your head. I'm not saying other devices are necessarily bad, just maybe more cumbersome in keeping tabs on manual maneuvering techniques, if you are running short on time and need to multi-task. We already own Dermashine’s face mask without the neck attachment, and have been very happy with the performance/results. However my gf wanted something portable, and thankfully Dermashine released this product. It’s wireless and includes a neck attachment! Needless to say my gf is very happy with this mask: it’s light weight, rechargeable, she can now target her neck, and the lights are powerful. You’ll be happy with either of their masks, but if you are looking for an led mask that is wireless and gives you the ability to target your neck, then get this version!

I was super excited to try this long term and when it finally came in last night it wouldn't work. When I power it on it's fine, but as soon as i change the intensity of the light it shuts itself off. This happens whether it's plugged to the wall or not. Also, I have a big head and the attachments to face mask causes too much pressure on my temples and it doesn't stay upright because it's too heavy and I don't have a prominent nose bridge. This of course is my own experience. I will be returning this unfortunately. P.S. the box came crushed which is not the company's fault and it seemed like it may be used?? It wasn't packaged well inside of the box, but I don't know if that's just how they package it, but I did question it.

REQUESTING FOR ELASTIC BAND TO HOLD MASK: I like the product and plan to keep it. I don't need to return it but there's no option to request for help on Amazon.As advertised on Dermashine website, I'll like the elastic band to hold the mask in place instead of the 2 plastic ear attachments that came with the mask. I tried clipping the elastic band for the neck piece to the face mask but the clips are different and they will not stay in place. The 2 plastic ear pieces, like the sunglasses ear attachments, are too small for the face and hurt my ears and sides of my face with too much pressure. As advertised on Dermashine website, the elastic bands are provided. I'll like that please. Happy to return the 2 plastic ear clips. Please help. Apart from that the product really works. Skin looks better when used together with my skincare products.

I already bought a similar mask about 6 months ago which was a fraction of the price of this one. Well "you get what you pay for" and it stopped working so I decided to take the leap....a financial leap. At least this one has sturdy wire inputs but the eye parts hurts the bridge of my nose. It also keeps your face a little to far away from the mask which makes the lights in view too much. The mouth is way off...for me at least. I think I'd rather go back to a cheap one even if it breaks. The lights are bright and work great though!

I’ve had this mask for a 3 weeks. I was definitely seeing results.(using red light 2X a day) you feel and see a difference right away. But now the mask won’t turn on. It won’t charge or work even if it is plugged to an outlet!!! Will have to contact to seller. Let’s see how this goes!!!

This quit working in less than a month and I cannot get ahold of the sellers. I'm away from home and have less then the 60 days to return it according to Amazon.
