The case is very strong and sturdy. My only issue is with the plastic screen protector, in my opinion it scratches too easily. I just feel that I shouldn't be forced to have something on the screen that is actually weaker when it comes to wear and tear and just makes the device itself look unkept. That being said, the case itself is very protective. It fits very tightly with the Microsoft Universal Mobile keyboard, whereas the Nexus 9 actually fits perfectly.If this tablet is something that you're considering using in a situation where you're constantly throwing it in your bag , this case is definitely something you should consider to protect it. You won't notice additional weight on it when carrying it around in a backpack. I work in housing court and being able to whip it out (haha) and use it then throw it back in my bag without worrying about my keys scratching or dropping it is a god-send. However, when I'm in the office I tend to keep the case off because it's easier to hold in the hand and the weight can be cumbersome.

Will definitely keep your tablet protected under most circumstances. Only a few worthy notables. First being the keys on the case. The power key and volume rocker are very hard to press. More so than expected. It could be that it's a new case and it needs to be broken in still. But I'm tempted to just put something underneath the keys to make it easier to push. Also with the weight of the tablet and case combined, it's pretty heavy. Careful holding the tablet above you. Just my observations.

definitely adds a tougher feel to the device. I've accidently dropped it to tiled floor and not a scratch. The screen protector is clear and you will not lose any touch response. I would give it 5 stars but I do not like the cut-out at the bottom front that looks like it would be for an iPad, rather have just a solid panel there (small gripe) Recommended.

Great looking case and seems sturdy enough. Would have received 5 stars but I'm having trouble with it accepting my input near the top of the screen while in landscape mode, while trying to pull down the notifications menu. I have to really work on it before it accepts the input. Ill take it though because like i said, its sturdy.

This is a good case. It works well and just like the other poetic case I have used it gives the device an added level of security. My only problems with this case is that there is a strange round circle hole on the front that doesn't fit the product and it could do to have a kickstand. Otherwise it works for me.

The case fits quite well and seems to be very sturdy. The only negative is that the power and volume buttons are flush with the rest of the case so I have to look each time so I can see where to touch before using them. Great value for the money.

Case is durable the tpu is really stiff and the covers over the ports are really stiff and hard to open the case is extreamly had to get off its almost like I am going to break it to open it up. The buttons are really hard to push down. But besides that it feels good in the hands and protects really good!

This was really the only extremely protective case I could find for the Nexus 9. After getting the revolution for my Nexus 7 I thought poetic would deliver another great case and they did! The case fits perfectly and does not add much weight to the tablet. The buttons on the side are a little harder to press but nothing that bad. If you need a really durable case that does not add insane bulk, then the revolution case delivers.

Case is pretty decent considering there are no Otterbox or Lifeproof cases for the Nexus 9. The case seems to offer reasonable protection but I wouldn't be doing any Mil-Spec drop tests with it. I think it looks really good, especially from the back and the X type pattern gives something to grip.A few minor negatives I found though, three of which are covered in others reviews so I knew about them before I bought it1.The charging port cover is very stiff, to the point where it puts strain on your plug and potentially the internals where the charger connects, so I just cut the flap off.2. The integral screen protector, like most built into device cases, is a bit of a dust trap, so I removed it and added a Tech Armor HD Screen Protector.3. The buttons are pretty tough to press, but I thought they were pretty challenging even without a case on this tablet so I can live with it.4. Most seriously, my case came slightly warped on the left side where the back layer wraps around and attaches to the front. This meant I had a small gap along the left edge. There was a simple if not aesthetically appealing solution that you can see in my picture, I just put a couple drops of super glue in and closed it up. I didn't buy the case to be changing it regularly anyway.All in all for the price, I'm not unimpressed. Otterbox and Lifeproof cases are 4-5 times the price generally so I didn't expect this to be perfect

Fits tight and feels great in hand. Not a bulky case by any means. Yes, the power and volume buttons are a little stiff, but I expected it to be as the reason for a protective case. The screen protector sits tight and doesn't hinder touch or motion at all. The design is good, but not sure why there is an "ipad style' circular whole on the bottom?Very good value and happy with it. Not going to test the drop protection, but good to know it's there.

There's not many Nexus 9 cases to choose from, but I wanted it to be portable and secure. Although there is no built-in stand, the protection the case provides makes up for it.As other reviewers mentioned, since it protects your device so well, you need to push on the buttons harder than what is comfortable. It's a little annoying with the volume buttons, but this is a small flaw in the great design.Fair warning, it can be tricky to install without getting dust under the top layer. I will update this review once I get my second case back, as I returned the first due to two problems:(1) The part of the case that 'plugs' into the charging port did not close properly.(2) The plastic screen cover got badly scratched (even though I put it in my bag). I will see if the second case does this.

The poetic revolution for the Nexus 9 is outstanding very impressed !! I have an otter box defender series for my Nexus 7 and I would go with a poetic revolution over the otter box now! The poetic is thinner and more streamline than the otter box. Poetic simply is better for the fact they deliver an excellent product built well and designed to be used for everyday purposes, not to mention they offer cases for a wider selection of devices!! This may shock otter box but not everyone falls for the IPad , some like the options outside of what Apple offers!!

There are too many great things to say about this case, that I cant even think about it! This is the only case I've had for my N9. That being said, if you are a person who doesnt need a stand as part of the case, this is the only case you'll ever need! So durable. I'm not afraid of being rough with my tablet, though I'm not purposely rough with it, just sayin. I ripped out the built in screen protector, as those are never good, EVER!. Just get a regular or tempered glass screen protector, then put this case on. Somebody said the power button and volume controls are hard to press. Not really. I was thinking it would be worse, based on that review. It's a tough case, the buttons arent simple to press. But, they are by no means hard to press, either. I find it odd that there is a circle cut out at the bottom, as if it is an iPad.....You'd think they would know better......All in all, best case ever!!!!!
