Excellent product, only the weight is on the higher side. However I suppose all double strollers are supposed to be heavier than their single counterparts. Except for the weight, which is something that I have now accepted, the product is amazing. Maneuvering the stroller is a breeze and folding and unfolding the stroller requires minimum effort. My kids, love it; I removed the rear seat because my 3.5 year old son was more comfortable on the bench seat that gave him more mobility as he is a very active child and doesn't like being pinned down to one place, however my younger son (10 months old) is quite content and comfortable in his front seat. Prior to this we were using a single stroller that has been in use since my first child was born, the name of that stroller I am not mentioning here (it is a highly recommended sponsored brand on Amazon India, an Indian brand). I do realize that new startups require the much needed support to capture the market but when their products are not up to the mark they end up losing customers in the long run. What I mean to say with all this blabbering is that the earlier stroller was a pain for us, the quality was pathetic and handling it required a lot of effort, the pain of handling it often made us lose our temper when we were out on family vacations and were using the stroller excessively. So when I found how easy it is to use this stroller I got very happy, it is just the weight of the product that made me hold back one star, or else I would have given it all 5 stars.

I got the delivery on 8th this monthOn opening I found that it is 2016 manufactured.The fabric and the plastic parts have already outlived its life on shelf.I feel I should have been delivered fresh pieceMarketing in charge should look into it

Not comparable for new born babies . Also no service provide for installation of the product

I presently dont know bout how d stroller work but surely can advise if u r planning to buy it from amazon...pls beware as d product listed here is non returnable n i got this product with missing parts...i contacted amazon again n again to provide me with d missing parts but all in vain...they stopped attending d calls even...i dont if i wd b able to use this product ever...so i advise u to buy it from anywhere but amazon.

Worse product really pathetic product paid 20000 and no Orion for return. Material is so cheap even an adult person won’t sleep in this kind of cheap material. How do you guys expect a new born or small baby will sleep in this cheap material. It’s really disgusting please return my money and take your cheap plastic.

My goal here is to bring ease the mind of the skeptics who want this stroller very badly (as I did) but see scattered negative reviews about size and craftsmanship complaints.Please beware of the reviews on here written by people who don't read the instructions. This stroller is by far the highest quality stroller I have ever used, and its not even close. Do not let those reviews sway your opinion of this incredible double stroller. Every single person that is saying they can't get the car seat to "click" hasn't read the instructions where it clearly states that you have to un-velcro the back pad to expose the car seat mounts. This procedure takes all of 5 seconds, but is the difference between your car seat clicking in effortlessly, and your car seat not clicking/feeling unbalanced.In reference to the multiple reviews that state that the stroller is "way too long"....yes the stroller is long when folded, 53 inches to be exact. But you must realize that Graco kept this in mind when they engineered this masterpiece. Most people that own a small vehicle such as a Civic, Focus, Cobalt, etc have a trunk that is significantly shorter than that. My honda civic's trunk opening measures just 46 inches! You can imagine how worried I was after reading all the size complaints that I wasn't going to be able to transport this stroller in our vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT WORRY! All you have to do is remove the front canopy and the children tray and the stroller is then just 41 inches in length. I had my wife time me, each time I did it took an average of 11 seconds...its very simple and should not keep you from ordering God's gift to stroller-dom. I did a Google search and I couldn't find a single trunk that wasn't at least 41 inches wide. Its isn't tall at all when folded so if it can fit length-wise you have little to worry about.The only negative I can see that would be an issue for mothers is that its a little heavy. Im a big boy and you definitely need a little strength to get this beast in the trunk. With that said, most double strollers are equal to, or even heavier than this stroller so I don't see it so much as a negative as I do something you'll just have to get used to.Summary: This stroller has made transporting our two little bundles of joy (2 years and 1 month old) a breeze. I don't know how we would've survived if we hadn't found this beautifully crafted piece of heaven. The stroller is worth its weight in gold, the fact that I only paid $220 for it is a testament to Graco's compassion to us all. Buy this freaking stroller!!!

Graco makes great products! With my first child I had purchased the Click Connect 40. I loved the stroller, it was very easy to take down and set up and move. After my second child, I needed a double stroller, or at least thought I did. My 2 year old loved her last stroller but does not like this one for whatever reason.Cons:If your child is very tall, the front seat does not work very well. Their legs just dangle on the ground.If you have your infant in the top seat, their is no good protection from the elements. Whatever your carrier your clicking in is what they got for protection, so be sure to bring a blanket to go over the carrier.The sun shades are difficult to pull out. We worry about them breaking in the stroller while pulling out. They are also very small, but one positive side is that they move so you can tilt them to help keep sun out of the kids faces.This thing is a tank, so if you are going up hill, you really feel the weight.We have a Toyota Highlander, and even with the 3rd row seats put down, you still need to remove the front snack tray and the sun shades need to come offI also wish they had made some kind of handle, like they did on the click connect 40 (strap that closes stroller), to pick this thing up to put in the car. The size and weight can make it awkward to get in and out of the car, but its manageable.When putting carrier into stroller you need to fold fabric siding down to access the holes that click the carrier in. I wonder what damage this will do over time. Wiggle carrier side to side a little bit to get the carrier to click in if it does not click the first time.Not really 12 options, I don't consider having a bigger child an optionCan be very difficult to get that one hand close feature to work - probably just takes time learning the correct angle and breaking it in.Pros:Easy access to store your diaper bag and other items. You can store a big umbrella on the side of stroller by slipping it in between the seat and the barsIt holds 2 kidsThough vision is kind of bad because of length, it does maneuver really well.Very solid stroller, built very well. I feel safe having my little ones in this.The options of where your children can be is very nice.You can attach the Summer sunshade on the Graco sunshade for additional coverage.Cup holders are narrow but will fit a bottle and narrow water bottlesThe storage on this thing is awesome! Lots of roomI know it seems like their are a lot of cons, but this thing is really nice to have. I would definitely recommend this product. Graco builds nice solid products that I trust with my kids.
