Good picture, no problems, Home screen a little annoying
I think these TVs are fairly durable. Reviews describing "broken out of the box" are likely due to the terrible care that delivery services take in transit. Even my TV was delivered upside down although the box is clearly marked "THIS SIDE UP".This bundle was purchased to replace a 42" 2007 Sony Bravia with Bose 3-2-1.I veered from the recommended "two person" control in lifting the TV to my wall mount. It's 40 pounds, not that much and I got it up there without an issue. connected the Cable box to HDMI 1, Blue Ray to HDMI 2, Apple TV to HDMI 3, and Q60 sound bar to the HDMI 4 (ARC); added the rear Samsung speakers. I had no problem connecting to my WiFi, no problem establishing a Samsung account, no problem with soundbar connecting to subwoofer and rear speakers. Pretty much everything works as expected.I like that I have the SAME level of surround sound ability now for TV, BlueRay, Amazon, Netflix... previously, the Bose only had the front sound when watching a DVD. The screen size increase if better, but could be larger. The picture as noticeably improved. The "blacks" are so black it's like the portion of the TV is off. You really notice this when the credits roll and the background is black with white text; there's no "ghost" image around the text it's just very detailed. The surround sound with rear speakers is so cool, the bluetooth receiver allowed me to connect without routing 20 feet of wire. The rear speakers are 3 inches wide, I just installed a 3x1 piece of wood in the corner at a 45 degree angle with corner wire hider painted to match the wall. They aren't overwhelming, but adequately place you in the jungle, or city, or newsroom... very much worth the $ and effort. If I have to find something to complain about...1. Watching Amazon Prime using the Samsung app lacks the informative features of the Fire Stick (pause shows actors in the current scene with ability to get information, Skip recap, Skip Intro, etc.). I'll probably get a Fire Stick and connect it to HDMI 2, then move the Blue Ray to the HDMI input in the sound bar (which should work thanks to the ARC).2. To change inputs, you have to go to the "Home" screen, then go through the icons to get to the desired input. It would be better to just have a button to select inputs. Also, the "Home" restriction prevents m e from using the Cox remote to change inputs, (the Samsung remote doesn't control the Cox Contour menus so I "have" to use the Cox remote 90% of the time) so I have four remotes I am chained to (Cox, TV, soundbar, BlueRay... the iPhone app too if you count it).3. I bought the bundle 3 weeks ago and it's not $200 less. What a PITA! I have to call to get the new lower price.

Perfect for me, but with caveats for some
I love the TV and can give it five stars easily for picture, sound and ease of setup. But if you plan to use the Internet browser to watch some shows, you may be disappointed. I tested the TVs ability to play the Britbox and MhzChoice stations, both of which we watch a lot for European shows. The TV played shows from Britbox poorly, with images not filling the screen or having the right resolution. And it didn't play shows from MhzChoice at all, apparently because they use a video format not supported by Samsung yet in the browser. So I added a Roku device. I have loved Roku at my winter home for a few years with an older Sony TV but wasn't sure I would need it for the "Smart" Samsung. With Roku, Britbox and MhzChoice both work perfectly, and I don't even need to use the Roku remote. The Samsung remote handles the Roku stations just like any other. So I am able to watch everything I want to watch perfectly. A second caveat: Amazon Prime, which I also watch, allows a MhzChoice subscription. I tried that first with a free week, but MhzChoice on Amazon Prime offers only a tiny fraction of what full MhzChoice by itself does, and for about the same price. We use MhzChoice to watch French, German, Italian and Swedish mysteries and comedies, and much more, all with subtitles. In summary, the TV works perfectly for our needs after adding a Roku box. The Samsung TV's internet browser is not mature enough yet to watch some Internet stations.

Updated to 5 stars
New:I found a menu setting to turn off the advertising. So, upgrading to 5 stars. The TV starts up fast, displays beautifully, and the remote is, for my purposes, not a big problem.Old:The picture is very good and am pleased with it. The remote is annoying because it doesn't have an input button (as best I can tell) and just doesn't follow the standard remote layout for buttons and their function. I would give the TV 5 stars, but the advertising the TV does is too annoying. Every time I switch inputs or turn on the TV, it gives different movies or TV shows I might want to watch. So, I have to press the 'return' button to see what I want to see: my computer or PS4. I paid for the TV, why does it advertise to me? Do I need to pay more money to remove it?

Awesome TV and great deal!
Everything with this TV is awesome. Picture quality, smart features, and even the sound are all amazing. Samsung could've put a little more thought into the remote design and the Alexa compatibility, though. All in all, this has been a great deal, and I hope to enjoy my TV for a long time to come...
