The edge hurts
The edge hurts when holding to bone out. The blades are good though, it's a shame the handle got the edge in the end .

BEST BONING KNIFE EVER!
Best boning knife in tbe market. It's sharp and moves easily when trimming brisket fat, even when the fat starts to get soft.

Llegó usado.
El cuchillo es muy cómodo y tiene una punta espectacular. Peso y comodidad genial, el filo debía ser bueno, pero el mío llego como si fuera la tercera vez que lo vendían (caja destrozada) y con la zona delantera desafilada completamente. Era muy buena oferta y me lo he quedado porque no lo he visto a ese precio y me hago a la idea de que es un segunda mano. Wusthoff buen, vendedor regu.
