My favorite Great Grains Cereal. This is very fresh and tastes Great! I always eat this even though the popular society says not to eat grains I do, it helps me to go regularly. Not much sugar in it. Love Love this Cereal

Taste great nice and fresh

Great cereal. Healthy and tasty. Lots of fiber. For any more you would have to eat the box, too.I take off a star because the subscription price on Amazon fluctuates so much, such that sometimes this is not a deal compared to local. I mean, isn't that the point of a subscription, to buy something at a stable price? Also, this comes in a brown cardboard box, usually by itself, which doesn't make me feel great about wasted packaging and delivery effort.

... just wanted to say that if you don't like sugary cereals, this is great. Even with the raisins/dates, it's a good crunchy not too sweet treat.
