Mirafit Multi Grip Landmine Handle - Fits Olympic and Standard Weight Bars

Well made product, unfortunately I.M.O has a few design flaws which seem to be prevalent throughout a lot of T-Bar attachments, not particularly aimed at Mirafit.The main flaw is that the handles are too long, which detracts your focus from contracting your back muscles, instead concentrating on not ripping your knee caps off with the bar & you have to position your legs further away from the weight, which adds a lot of pressure on the base of your spine.The second issue(minor) is that you have no locking device to keep the bar in place, so when you put the bar down after you have done the exercise it can drop to one side.Its well made, solid build, as I find a lot of Mirafit equipment to be, that is why I continue to buy from them, just needs a few design modifications to be a top quality item, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I have quite a bit of mirafit stuff and it's good mid range equipment. This is no different good bit kit, but ever so slightly off manufacturing, so when attached to barbell it's ever so slightly twisted. What saves it are the multiple grip options on one bar which I great and time saving which I love

The smaller hole for 1" dont fit, so I can only use olympic bar. Other than this one issue it is sounf piece of equipment.

Excellent product however a clamp at the point of attachment would have been better than having it free rotating though I understand the advantages of having it rotate too.

Very happy with this , the 3 position grip is very good , seems well made and sturdy , have used with 50kg no problem sure it would take more if I could ! Good value for money

Very practical and useful for accessory work. Lots of grip styles to really target specific muscle groups.
