This is a very good book that Ill always keep on my desk. I studied Chinese Medicine and to see how Avicenna’s medicine overlaps at many places is very interesting. The translators did a very good job I must say, very accurate language. Also has a decent size, makes it easy to study.

This book is incredibly difficult to understand or to read, the people that wrote it obviously do not speak English, it appears the book was translated from a different language because the choice of words.

An essential reference book in my OU studies. The translation seems to me - a layman - to be faithful to the original arabic structure and as such makes it easy to find topics and reference quotations. Anyone studying Islamic medicine will find this book invaluable.
