The appearance is simple and beautiful. It is easy to install and easy to exercise. You can watch the data on the meter. There are data such as heartbeat speed and time length. You can know the movement status according to the data of the meter. It is almost the same as riding a bicycle. The scene is changed from outdoor to indoor. when! You can exercise your bike at home! There is also a protective plastic cover attached to the pedals! The place to feel a little regret is! The cushion of the butt is a bit hard! If the cushion material can be softer, it will be more perfect! I still give you 5 points! Let me ride a bike at home this winter too!

It is sturdy enough. It was easy to assemble even for a layman (I have graduate degrees in engineering). I bought in early March but wasn't delivered until mid May ... understandable due to Amazon prioritizations during Covid-19. I wish the crank arms (pedal diameter) were a little bit larger to allow full extension and exercise of my leg muscles.

After riding for 15 minutes, the seat feels hard, uncomfortable. The bike size, easy to fold and move are fantastic! I did pay someone to put it together as I am a senior citizen. I did not want anything too techy and this bike provides the basics - measures time, distance, counts calories & checks pulse. Excellent purchase for the money!!

This has been the best purchase I’ve made. The bike works wonderfully. I’ve lost weight and have gotten great cardio on it. Place it in front of a tv and watch some Intermittent Cycling POV videos!

This bike was really helping us with being at home during COVID. The left pedal developed a problem. The threads of the bolt now slip in and out of the nut which is on the lever attached to the unit. So, now we can't use the bicycle. Anybody know how to get in touch with customer service?

This is great indoor exercise bike, easy to install and use,I been using for one week also as my kids , they really like it, very sturdy and light weight to move around , I am so glad I buy this exercise bike! Good choice!

Came today with broken pedal, upset

Product is great. Easy to assemble. Compact. Comfortable. But came missing a piece and they told me it would cost me additional fees to have the piece sent out.
