Great sun block and the perfect fit under my helmet

Bought this mainly because cycling in summer and finding helmet padding strips soaked in sweat and having to wipe brow frequently. Started wearing this and it effectively stops my helmet padding getting wet and means I don’t have to wipe sweat off brow. I also wear it for cycling in winter and it keeps my head a lot warmer. Has proven to be very durable and comfortable to wear, thin enough to go under helmet without affecting the fit. My helmet, like most cycling helmets is well vented, not sure how well it would work on a non-vented helmet.

I liked the fit and insulation quality but I didn't like the comments that it looked like I had a pair of underpants on my heads probably will only wear this under another cap/hat

Needed this following the removal of 2 carcinoma’s from the top of my headI’ve used it with cycling helmets, baseball caps for golf & wide brim hats for hiking/walkingOn each occasion I have remained comfortable during each hobby. PS it has saved me replacing all my non spf hats I used for each hobby

Use this as a liner for cycling, skiing and motorbike helmets; brilliant. Saves having to wash helmet liners. Washes well. Helps keep head cool in the heat and warm in the cold. Plus, no sunburn through cycle helmet!

Very thin and flimsy material and nothing on the permanent tags to say it is UPF 50+. I only hope the cap does give the sun protection as claimed because otherwise it is greatly overpriced!

I purchased this for sun protection, I am not a cyclist, and it is brilliant.Because of cancer on my scalp I have to keep it covered, this is very light to wear and keeps my head cool it also absorbs sweat.What is also very good is you can can easily carry around with you, in a pocket, and get out to use when needed; I find head gear can be a pain when going inside buildings by having to carry it around with you this just scrunches up.I was concerned about one size fits all but it sits nicely on my head which is 59 cm, wish there were more subtle colours for us non-cyclist.
