A bike shop said you have to go to the brand name for the part,this wasn't the case

faulty
The bottom part of the spacer inside is practically flat. There is no space for the bearing to go into. If the bearing sticks out a little bit from the head tube which is normal, there is no way that this product will work.

Did not work for my bearings.
Too flat on underside that is supposed to cover the top of Upper bearing, there was a 3-4mm gap with bearing visible and therefore exposed to elements or water etc. Not at all functional as a headset bearing cover so a complete waste for me.

Nice top cap headset but definitely not for semi integrated bearings.
Very nice black and shiny headset top cap but unfortunately will not cover entire area for the headset bearings. Not useful for me. Maybe depend what you got. Definitely will not work for FSA no 40 headset
