It’s new, not refurbished
Description was a bit misleading as this came out of the box new. Although better to have two people due to size and weight, I was able to install it myself - YouTube video always helps.Quieter and more features than the 13 yr old Frigidaire model it replaced. Only negative is that it tends to heat food a little unevenly.

The product arrived damaged. And missing parts. Looked like someone had the microwave, unpacked it, threw it in the ground, grabbed what they needed, and repackaged it In original box band into another box. The Box on the outside looked nice tho
