Big soundand tone is a big surprise.
The "gong" was received in excellent condition, and very much as expected. The item required no assembly, and the appearance was esthetically pleasing. I had expected a so-so mediocre timber, but was tremendously impressed by the volume and sound it produced.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because this item is pretty fragile but also very pretty.It fits in well with my zen room, really like it, just won’t mess with it and leave it as a decoration not to be touchedI do really like it!

Just fun to use!
Bought it for a Japanese dinner party. Don't expect a deep gong sound, it's a higher pitch...but it's found a second life to accent announcements in the house!
