DRIVEN CSRX 11-Speed Spider Cassette with Lockring

This is a great cassette in my opinion. I upgraded from an 11-28t stock shimano 105 cassette I wanted black or red one for my bike, and this cassette is black with red accents...not just the lock ring but the aluminium spider is anodized red also, which give a very nice custom look up close.Since Installing I have a 40 mile bike tour, and 56 mile toughman (along with normal commutes and training) and the cassette shift smoothly and is light weight compared to some of the lower price Shimano ones.When installing, be sure to check proper alignment of the small cog BEFORE tightening lock ring. On some hubs there are about 3 positions where the small cog "feels" like it is catching the right groove, but if you are not in the correct position the cassette will wobble after tightening down. So just snug the lock ring and spin the cassette to insure it is true before cinching it down.

Purchased this cassette for a new set of carbon wheels as a upgrade for my road bike (a 2014 Colnago), normally I would get Shimano Ultegra or SRAM cassette. While searching for a new cassette with the teeth that I wanted, 11-28, I came across this unit. The red finish caught my eye - it looked very nice. Given that the weight was actually lighter than my Shimano and SRAM cassettes, I decided to give this one a try. It arrived quickly and it looked really nice! The champagne finish is more a silver powder finish, which is brighter than my Ultegra and SRAM cassettes. Once installed on the black hubs with black bladed spokes, the unit popped and looked great. Of course the real test is how well it shifts. With the Ultregra 6800 rear, the shifting was spot on, it shifted as well as my original Ultegra cassette (which was 11-25, not so good for climbing).This Sunrace Driven cassette is lighter and less expensive that the mainstream brands, so if you are not hung up on names, this is a terrific unit at a great price. Two thumbs up!

In black, these look really good. The red spacers are a nice highlight. But cassettes aren't for looks. I bought these in 11-28T, because Amazon had them selling for $14.99!Price seems to fluctuate on these quite a bit. I now have about 500 miles on one, no complaints. These are heavier than similarly priced Ultegra cassettes. Not sure exactly how much, but these 11-28s weigh 32 grams more than Ultegra 11-32.Unless these are on sale, or you're after "the look", I'd recommend just getting Shimano or SRAM.Shifts on these work just fine for me, though.

I give it 4 and not 5 only because of weight. Great cassette for the $$$. I use this on my rain bike and it works perfect (SRAM Red 22). Built to last. If you don't care about a few extra grams, this is for you. If you want a bulletproof cassette at the best price... This is for you!!!

Great cassette for the money. Put it on my Argon tri bike with full di2 and works as it should in the test ride of 62 miles of pouring rain. My tri bike is my only 11 speed bike and purchased the 11-32 cassette for 2016 Ironman Tahoe as not buying another cassette

When I fitted the 1st set, it looks wobbly when you spin the wheels and there was no way I can fine tune the gearing. Change my dropout, chain and cables as I suspected is one of these and is about time too. Not much improvement and I informed Amazon that I may have gotten a defective piece, and What Amazing Amazon Service(5 stars) did was to send me a new piece. I fitted it up and it was the same. You either tune it to the large chainring or small chanring, there was no way to fine tune for both as it is supposed to be. I knew aftermarket cassette has slight compatibility issue but never knew it was so bad. Gave up, took it out and swap back the old/used Ultegra cassette, and feels like driving a Lexus. Will never buy again.

I bought 3 for $19.00 a piece, these were a steal at that price!!! Noticeably not quite as dialed in as an ultegra, but I really wanted that blacked out look & for 20 more grams, this thing looks mean! Love it!

This is an identical item to one that came new on my Kestrel Talon with 105's.I mounted it on my training wheels and it worked without any flaw or adjustment.It was nice that it came with a locking ring.
