Polk Audio TSx 150C Center Channel Speaker - Black

I was in a bind. I had Polk Rti A7 front speakers and the recommended center was the Csi A6, a monster (huge) of a center speaker. I was limited in space so I ordered the A4, a smaller version. Well it didn't fit my space. I saw the TSi 150C was a sixteenth of an inch smaller at 20 inches even so I thought I would give it a try, it fit perfect. Next, was this thing going to sound worth a hoot. Wow, did it!!! I guess the fact that the tweeter matched the A7's and the fact the 150 had a higher sensitivity rating (91db vs 89dbs) made up for it's lack of size. This speaker is amazing! Listening to The Who's Tommy last night in 5.1 was simply wonderful. When it was time to blend with the sides it did it perfectly and when it was time to handle Pete's voice in the center it was stunning. Movies and TV are great also. It goes to show that sometimes the center speaker does not have to match perfectly to blend into a system. Polk has a winner here!

Polk Audio TSx 150C Center Channel Speaker is a great center speaker to my surround sound system. I replaced a sound bar with a five speaker system. The Polk center speaker is the anchor of my system. It was difficult for us to understand voices while watching movies. Not any more. The sound is terrific and voices are clearly heard. Make sure you measure the space you want to use this speaker. It is large but very effective.

Great speaker!!! Very happy with it and the set up i purchased. I upgraded my front LCR channels (this is my center). After doing some research on AVSfourms and on here i decided to pull the trigger. I was a little apprehensive because it was sight and hearing unseen. Hard to do with speakers but because it was on Amazon i felt a little better about it. Package was great and product is just a described. Very happy with these Polks!!!

The tweeter it is not working

Bought this to match my new front speakers - classic rock heaven for me - just need a bad___ sub and I will be cool.

Excellent sound quality for price, great value. We paired up with Polk tsx-330t towers and other polk speakers. Sound great together as voice timbre is excellent. Another great polk product. They may not be the fanciest name in the industry, but their speakers sound tonally balanced and last a long time.

WOW! I have all Polk Audio speakers in my home theater system, except for the center channel. It was time to get this bad boy and it did not disappoint. The sound is crisp and clear and matches my other Polk's. Happy customer no doubt about it!

I got this center channel a few weeks ago to complete my front stage. The sound they produce goes very well with my pair of TSX-330t floor standing speakers. Don't hesitate to buy and for only $99 you can't go wrong.

Construcción y calidad justitas, aunque el sonido resultante es bastante bueno para las calidades que utilizan. Si estas buscando algo decente sin gastarte un dineral tienes pocas opciones mas allá de Magnat o Heco, y esta puede ser una de ellas. Tiene la toma bass reflex detrás y no es compatible con biamplificado (normal en altavoces de esta gama). Por otro lado no me hace ninguna gracia que la rejilla tenga los laterales abiertos (los tiene toda la serie), me parece un error de diseño ya que a los de estantería les entra el polvo al estar en vertical.

Muy buen altavoz,sonido claro y buenos bajos ,casi no es necesario tener un subwofer.a cumplido todas mis espectatovas,totalmente recomendable para 5.1.

Ottimo diffusore centrale,rispetto al mio vecchio Magnat monitor ,le voci sono molto più piene e focalizzate veramente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo pagato 95€ compreso di spedizione.
