It's holding up well! I'm growing potatoes in it.
It looks so incredibly flimsy but it's holding up just fine!

Well made, sturdy, and the potatoes love to grow in them!
I have potatoes growing in my potato grow bag, right now. I have them on the deck, and the plants are growing great, even though I started them late. I used seed potatoes that I purchased from a farmer's market. I did as some of the other reviewers detailed. I started with just a little dirt at the bottom of the bag...about 3", and placed 5 potatoes, spaced out evenly, in the dirt. I then covered those with dirt, only leaving the top leaves exposed. Then, as they grow, I added more dirt, and continued to water them. I used organic potting soil, and I put the bag up on an elevated shoe rack, to avoid contact with the deck, and to allow the bag to drain/not sit in a puddle. From the looks of the healthy plant, which is flowering now, it seems that potatoes LOVE to grow in these bags. They are less expensive than most, and they are well made, very sturdy, and I would purchase them again.

Held up well this summer
I've never used a grow bag before, and I might have messed it up a little bit, but these bags were not at fault. They are very good quality bags. They were thick and sturdy and held up all summer long. Even with constant daily watering, they still held up. The roots of the potatoes actually grew through the bottom a little bit but it did not affect anything. In fact I think it helped the potatoes grow better. I did not know how long to keep them in there so I think I messed it up and pulled them out too soon. They were itty bitty, but it's kind of cool because it didn't take up space in my garden and now I know how to use them better. And it also looks like I'll be able to use them again next year. Because are still in really great shape. So, I've concluded that this is a great quality product.

Sturdy. Holds about 5 golf size potato starters.
I really like these. I was looking for a potato bag that was going to be sturdy enough to hold itself up without dirt. These are great. I’m not sure how well potatoes grow in them yet because I just planted them. First I laid the potatoes that i would be planting out in the sun for about a week. This allowed the eyes to grow larger. I put about 3.5 inches of dirt in the bottom of the bag and then 5 golf size potatoes in the bottom spaced out like the 5 on a set of dice. Then I covered with another 3.5 inches of dirt, watered, and put in a sunny spot. Once they have sprouted about 6-8 inches I will add more dirt until the dirt is almost to the top of the bag. I like that there is a flap on the side of the bag I can open to pull out potatoes as we need them.

These are fantastic!
These have worked great! I use a self watering system in the pot so it’s not overwatered. It hasn’t leaked at all so far. I even have plants that are growing in winter so it helps keep plants safe (with covering the pot as needed) They have worked so great, I bought two more for inside the house. They also look modern and nice in the space. Very easy to use. I love how when it’s times to harvest, you can open the hatch and there is a Velcro attachment to hold that flap open. A definite good buy!
