Gives me wonderful support to work all day. It was a very easy assembly and it adjusts properly to my desk height. No need of any additional back or lumbar pillow as mostly the chairs I used before. It looks very modern with a great combination of materials and arms in a matte metallic finish while base is in a polsihed chrome look.

This chair exceeded my expectations. It was easy to put together. My husband put it together in less than 25 minutes. It is very comfortable and the height adjustability is perfect! And it is very nice looking compared to other office chairs I’ve seen. We love this chair and highly recommend it to others!

I'm 6 feet tall exactly. I feel like this would be a high back for someone in the 5'7" to 5'9" range. While this chair is comfortable, there is no head support on me whatsoever. It isn't a task chair either because the back rest does come up above my shoulders somewhat. So if I lean my head all the way back to look up at the ceiling, or slouch about 3 inches down, the headrest touches the back of my neck The chair also sits up pretty high as well, which means gamers might be looking for something a little lower so that they aren't looking down at their monitors. The arms are very comfortable, and the seat has some bucketized contouring for added comfort in a fully upright position. However, if you sit in any position other than perfect posture, the bottom seat contouring doesn't like that. It tries to force you to sit by its standards and that's a little annoying.That being said the materials feel pretty quality and are very sturdy. The base is all metal which is nice. Most chairs in this range have a plastic base.Overall if the chair were about 20% bigger it would have a five star rating from me. I don't think I fit it very well is the problem. But that's not enough for me to ding it any further below 4 stars. I do have a couch after all.

Seemingly nice & comfortable at first.Out of nowhere it breaks at the base plate and came completely off .I dont recommend this chair for any criteria.

It arrived unassembled but was easy to put together - only took about 15/20 minutes without even using a drill or any tools besides a screwdriver. The chair itself is extremely comfortable and I can tell I will be able to use it for hours at a time without getting any back pain. Great chair for the price - would highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade your current office chair!

Just got this in the mail today. It took me 20 minutes to put it all together, super easy. The seat and back are really comfortable, and I can tell that once fully broken in the chair will be my long term office chair. The high back, and extra tall adjustable level are all really nice too. Some office chairs don't let you raise the chair comfortably enough. Overall I'd absolutely recommend this office chair.

Pretty easy to assemble. Only a couple of screws were hard to get to but not too bad. I was however a little disappointed with the lumbar support. It has very little to no support in the lower back area which I'm always looking for in a chair. Also it's a little bit hard to sit on not very cushioned. I would not recommend this chair for someone who needs lumbar support or wants a plush seat.

I really like this chair. It was fairly easy to put together. Good thing I had my daughter home to help me. Definitely need 2 people. The arms are not metal - they're plastic. In the picture they looked like metal. It's pretty comfortable too. I work from home sometimes and sit for hours. Doesn't tilt or rock (feature I loved in my old chair), but still good. The only complaint I have is the plastic cover on the wheel base came cracked. Can't replace it. Would recommend this chair.
