Only for plastic pan with yellow OEM drain plug.
Easy to install, no leaks, no more messy oil changes, have to wait on the longevity, hopefully it will last a long time considering the price, did manage to get it with discount, will see.

Awesome solution for a silly problem
The factory drain plug for the 2.7L Bronco engine is considered to be a one time use item, this seems silly to me. Combine that with the fact that when you remove this 3/4 turn one time use drain plug, you had better be ready because all 6.2 qts of oil are coming out within a few seconds whether you have your drain pan positioned correctly or not. The Ronin permanent drain plug solves the issue of a messy oil change and the combined cost of a $13 drain plug with each oil change. The plug is VERY well made, fits perfectly and takes just a few seconds to install during your next oil change. The added bonus is that the insert that allows you to control oil flow out of the pan, also has a connection on the end that allows you to connect a piece of hose and direct the oil flow wherever you like instead of your sway bar, the cross member, your garage floor or all over your hand like the factory plug tends to do. If you're like me and regardless of the smart oil life monitor's suggested 7500-10,000 mile oil change intervals, you change your oil every 5,000 miles, you'll cover the cost of this plug in a few oil changes and avoid the mess and hassle of the factory plug. Because I'm also used to a traditional oil plug, I have been crawling under my Bronco expecting so see a drip or seep from the plug, but it hasn't let me down. Since installing this, I have had a co-worker buy one for his Edge ST and his F-150. I'll be adding this plug to our other Bronco at the next oil change as well because it's just that good. If you're on the fence and thinking about spending the money for this add, trust me, it's worth it.

Better than the fire hose
Have a 2019 mustang with a 5.0, and it takes 10 quarts of oil. The OEM drain plug drains that pan very quickly, a fire hose is not far off!First time I drained that pan I knew it was coming based on car forums and complaints from other owners. I had a 5 gallon bucket from Lowe's handy had the car on ramps and carefully unscrewed it and let it fly while holding the bucket at roughly a 45. It drains with force!I heard of this product through these car forums as well, has a solution, and it does work. However, it is a bit harsher on the fingers, and a bit tricky, and by comparison the oil really does kind of just trickle out, a long while, to where if you have any wind which is impossible to not have in Oklahoma, it'll end up blowing oil out of your drain pan and on to the ground or anywhere else nearby that isn't the drain pan. Also, you have to pull this thing out in order to get the last bit of old oil and where all the collected material settles as that won't get forced out with the 9 and 3/4 quarts that had already drained, so you're still left with a bit of a mess. I may end up putting the original back on but for now this will stick. I don't feel the money was wasted, although I did buy two, I hadn't yet changed the oil yet on my 2021 Expedition, so thinking ahead when I ordered this one I ordered one for that as well, turns out the expedition has a standard bolt, rather than the yellow plastic plug with o-rings. So potentially I have two of these that I won't find a used for...
