Good quality compare with others but not great
compare with others, this brand seems have a good quality and the size is manageable. But the brushed nickel still look cheap compare with my other brushed nickel appliances and faucet nearby. However, it is the only one has a reasonable price with kitchen island waterproof rate. Others are all on their $300 range. Not great but good for now until better products come up and we will definitely replace this.

AMAZING Company!
I purchased 3 of these pop up electrical outlets for my newly remodeled kitchen and I absolutely LOVE them! They leave a clean and sophisticated look on my countertops without having to see an outlet. The quality and weight of these outlets exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with one of the devices and the company helped me to quickly resolve the problem. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service and without a doubt would repurchase from them again. Shipping was quick and the value for my money was excellent.

Pretty good
I worked as an electrician for 17 years, so I wanted to give my feedback on this product.Overall, I'm happy with this product. I had seen it at wholesale houses for years but it was so expensive (generally over $200-$250) and I just didn't find it worth the price and wrote it off but had kept my eye out for a more reasonable price. I ended up finding a model for ~$125 here on Amazon which was at the price point that I felt was fair. This is UL listed and NEC legal to be installed a kitchen countertop (I installed it in my kitchen island). One thing you'll need to watch for is that it doesn't have any built in GFCI capability, so you'll need to make sure to feed power to it from the load side of of another GFCI device if you are installing it in your kitchen to meet code.I was hoping to find a code-legal countertop popup outlet that would let you install your own outlet device, but this one is built in and if something wears out or breaks, you'll need to replace the entire thing. From my searching... this is the only popup countertop outlet that would pass an electrical inspection.I'm happy to finally have an outlet in our kitchen island and if this meets your price point, it's a good option.

Check with your granite installer before buying
We really wanted this for our new granite counter tops but our granite installer could not create the required counterbore for this flush-mount outlet. It would be nice if the company would show a link to the correct tools required to accomplish this. I would have actually purchased the required tools for my granite guy if I had that information.

Great product, poor packaging
I ordered two countertops pop up plugs, one came in box and other didn’t as seen in picture. There wasn’t any stuffing to protect the plug from bouncing around and the protective plastic fill on the brass colored top was missing. By luck I received this with no noticeable scuff marks on the top. Product did come in good condition but I wasn’t happy with the careless packaging.

Worth It
When we removed our bar top we were concerned that we would lose two main outlets. This is a very good product, and it was our best option as a solution to install outlets on countertops. Our countertop manufacturer was unable to do the countersunk option which is what we would have preferred, but the ones we got that sit on top are fine. They're NOT easy to install if you have to hook up more than one chain of electrical wires. It is somewhat difficult because of the limited space inside the attached electrical box. Because of the limited amount of space, you have to do some advanced wiring skills that only come from experience or an expert's knowledge. Also, the width of the product is about the same size as our knee wall width, so some drywall and studs had to be modified while adding an access panel inside the base cabinet. Overall, we love them, but the install was not as simple as a regular wall outlet.

These are 15 amp. Most Kitchens need 20
They were ok. Had to return as we needed 20 amps for the kitchen and these were 15 amp. Also, the white was too grey for our very white quartz countertop
