I like this drink alot but watch the prices. Once you buy something and you do it frequently, Amazon jacks up the price right around the time you are going to reorder. For example, When I began drinking these the prices were around $22 for a 12 pack. A couple of months later they jacked it up to $28 and then AFTER I reordered at the high price, they marked it down again. They did the same thing this month. I love the stuff. I have diabetes and it takes away the urge for sweets and carbs.

Very tasty. I like to have something when I take my evening meds. I am prediabetic and try to watch what I eat. These help keep me from feeling hungry between meals.

I just purchased these to see what they were like, and they are mostly water. Probably great for their purpose--weight control.
