USHA Maxus GS-3001 Cooktop 3 Burner Gas Stove (Stainless Steel, Black, Manual)

Good product.flame alis good material and built quality is also good.

The burner is good. All the 3 burners work well, flame is bluish in color and no gas leakage notice. There are 2 big burners on the sides and the small burner in the middle. The gap between the burners are good. You can cook on full-size handi / kadai simultaneously on the big burners.The body is sparkling & brass burners are clean without any perforation. What is not so good about the cooktop are the vessel supports. The supports are loose & not firm in place. It will make sound when you saute or stir during cooking, which USHA must look into. Another minor issue is, there is no intermediate marking between SIM & OFF positions. Otherwise everything is pretty good in this cooktop.I have gone for this stainless steel cooktop over glass cooktop because of safety & reliability. Glass breaks in glass cooktops very often, which make them very very unsafe & unreliable. With stainless steel cooktop, no tension & remain safe.PROS:- Very safe- Strong stainless Steel body- Brass burners of very good quality- Good space between burners- Good looking- No gas leakage- Blue flame- USHA brandCONS- Loose vessel support, will make sound while saute / stir during cooking- No intermediate marking between SIM & OFF position

The product is defective. One of the burner stand's cog is misaligned due to which utensils can't be kept on a level. One knob had broken due to mishandling by the delivery agent who dragged and bumped the item with utter disdain. I called up the helpline to replace the stand only as I had a spare knob from my previous stove. The helpline person refused and asked to return or replace the stove itself. I had a very bad experience with many items in the past, because the replaced or rebought items were even more defective. My gas stove is otherwise working and I am apprehensive that if I replace or buy another item, it may be even more defective, for instance, a burner is not working and Amazon does not do anything about it. So I decided to keep the item and replace the defective parts from the market. It's anyway exasperating to see that Amazon is ready to take a return rather replacing a detective part.

USHA maxus is very good product .Our family always refered products from Usha company for electronics , fans etc. For ages.All are fine nice model ,lowest price and good working.But I received 2 knobs broken instead of return I have bought 2 new ones.Over all it's a good product .

Fine working ok after 2.5 year

As mentioned in the title, Amazon is lacking in packaging.About product quality the product is nice and for sure the quality of product is proportional to brand name. We get good products from USHA and this is also one of them. I received the package as I opened I didn't found any cushioning in the box and when I opened the box, due to not handling it with care, little paint job came out from pan support, found minute scratches and one knob was damaged a little.I can return/replace the product but due to this minute thing I don't want waste my time for another week, so just I purcahed one new knob.The product was nice if the packaging part was done nicely I would be giving it 4 stars

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the 3 burner cooktop from USHA. The product's quality lives up to the brand's reputation, and I have always had good experiences with USHA products in the past. The cooktop itself is well-designed and works efficiently.However, my only concern was with the packaging. When I received the package it was open Fortunately, nothing was missing or damaged, but I believe better packaging would provide added protection during transit.

Would say it's a value for money. Make sure, if you have a gas pipeline then you have to enlarge all 3 inlets as there won't be much pressure compared to cylinder. And i believe it is not an issue even if you buy from a shop then also they will ask for the same and make the changes.
