Addison Berry Floral Tea for One Set

The teacup/pot is absolutely beautiful, unfortunately the saucer was broken. It’s smaller than we thought it would be, but perfect for tea lovers! This is the one my daughter picked out. I ordered a different one for myself, and it was perfect. Amazon you are amazing! I contacted you as soon as my daughter opened the box and pulled the broken pieces out, and it said a replacement was ordered that fast! This is outstanding customer service! I’ll probably order a few more of these, because my daughter and I are tea lovers and this is so dainty and perfect. It’s definitely a great gift.

So disappointed. This teapot looked beautiful online and I was excited to open it. It was completely shattered from the minute I opened it. Was planning on using this for a Christmas gift but couldn’t for obvious reasons. The pot itself is very pretty, too bad it was broken

Dish broken and cup cracked all down the side, prob would have completely broken off if it needed to travel any further.***Updated score due to customer service***Customer service was excellent. Gave me the choice of a replacement or a refund and received the refund the next day. Really wanted to like it, cute idea but the product itself, inside the matching gift box may not be protected enough. There was plenty of additional packaging outside of this in an attempt to protect it in shipment.

The first one I got had a broken plate and tea pot lid also there was a puncture in the box. I contacted costumer service and I got another one that thankfully was not broken. It’s super pretty and would make an excellent gift to any tea lover out there

I just received my package and was so excited to open it. This was a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day. I am so glad I opened it before I gave it to her as you can see it was completely shattered. This is the third thing I have received from Amazon broken. I am beyond furious!!

I love the all in one tea sets. This one is pretty and will serve its purpose as it was a gift for someone else. The initial purchase brought me a broken cup and saucer. It was packed in an oversized box with a large heavy memory foam pillow and not enough air packets to keep it protected. I got in touch with Amazon and ordered another and this one was shipped by itself with no broken pieces. Be ware the process for asking for refund/replacement was kind of a pain. Only other thing I noticed was the teapot and cup/saucer combo seemed two different shades of blue. Not enough to warrant another order though.

My item arrived completely broken except for the plate at the bottom. Will be requesting a refund or one that isn’t brokenUpdate: requested they send me a replacement one and all of the items were broken except the tea pot and lid. Kept the unbroken tea pot and sent back the broken parts.All I needed was the cup unbroken so I had them send me a 3rd replacement and I specified they send me specifically an unbroken cup lol and they sent me one with the wrong plate (broken) and the tea pot was unbroken but the lid was broken and to my amazement, the cup was unbroken! Yay so I changed my rating from a one star to a 3 star because I after requesting 3 replacements I was able to collect all the right parts lol and I’m happy now. I think they have beautiful tea pots, they just need to figure out a way to package and send them differently like in styrofoam or something because no matter what if you order this it will be broken. Or something will be in it.

THE SAUCER TO THE CUP WAS BROKEN INTO PEICES. iT WAS NOT SECURD IN THE BOX. iT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACEED IN THE BUBBLE WRAP INSTEAD IT WAS OUTSIDE OF THE WRAP. THE TEAPOT, LID AND CUP WAS SECURED PROPERLY. OVERALL ITS A NICE SET. DELIVERY WAS QUICK JUST IN TIME FOR ME TO GIVE AS A GIFT TO MY COUSIN WHOSE BIRTHDAY IS SATURDAY (12/25) I WOULD RETURN IT BUT I KNOW IT WOULD NOT COME IN TIME.
