Perfection
Items arrived in perfect condition, came with instructions just in case you weren't very sure how to go about working with these things. Personally, it was my first time handling anything like this, soldering and such and it's going by quite smoothly! Definitely a great purchase on my part since this 16 dollar fix is better than simply throwing away a 40 inch television that otherwise looks perfectly fine.The baggy containing the capacitors has a checklist to help keep track of what you have, comes with a fair amount of solder and that copper thing that removes solder, with a pair of q-tips/cotton swabs to do a little clean up on the board afterwards. If this TV runs along problems again in 5-10 years, I'll just get another kit!

A inexpensive repair for the DIYer
The capacitor kit worked and fixed my Olevia TV. Disassembly and removal of the power supply took some time and I would not recommend a repair unless you are comfortable removing and soldering components. Based on my research, Olevia and I suspect other flat screen brands power supplies have a 5-6 year lifespan and mine was long overdue. Hopefully a few more years of use and by that time the Ultra 4K models will have dropped in price.

The capacitor kit arrived in great condition and before I expected it. I removed the capacitors on my power supply board and replaced with the new ones. After getting the TV together again it worked great. I am very pleased with the supplier and their parts.

I Fixed my TV!!
I ordered the this kit for my busted TV and after watching the videos and learning how to sauder I fixed it!! The kit was exactly what I needed and I did my own research on how to fix it online and with the instructions that came with it I was ready to give it a try. Great investment instead of having to buy a new TV.

OREDERED CAPACTIORS REPAIR KIT FOR A 40" LCD TV WITH NO PICTURE. SHIPPED QUICKLY. FOUND TWO DOMED CAPACITORS ON THE POWER BOARD, REPLACED THEM TV WORKS FINE AGAIN. FAIRLY EASY TO DO ESPECIALLY WITH SOME OF THE ONLINE TRAINING VIDEOS AVAILABLE FROM THE COMPANY.
