Living proof Restore Dry Scalp Treatment, 3.4 Fl Oz

Let me start off by saying I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix and treat my dry scalp. I developed dry scalp over the last year or so🤦‍♀️And it’s maddening. This is the only product that has worked for me at all. I am including all products including shampoo. This product is expensive but by applying it after I shampoo every 3 days it has completely fixed my scalp problems. I hope they never quit making it!

I wanted to wait a few weeks until I gave a review because I was sceptical, but this product has worked for me. I fought flake's for years, trying shampoos, balms and anything else I could, but this has worked. The applicator makes things easy and gets right to the scalp. No funky smell and it doesn't make my hair greasy. The flaking, itching and unsightly hair line is virtually gone. Just like a lotion, I anticipate having to keep using this through the winter months, but I am a believer in the product! Highly recommend for dry scalp!

I was using Ketoconazole shampoo and it dried out my scalp so that I had terrible flaking. It was embarrassing and i tried everything from drinking more water to different shampoos to scalp massaging brushes (those helped a little, at least to remove flaking for a time). This product immediately made a difference. I've used it twice and my scalp isn't itchy anymore and I don't see any flaking or redness. Love it.

My 9byr old daughter had such bad dandruff that the school checked her for lice! We tried everything for dandruff. But finally, we ended up with a great hairstylist who informed us that she didnt have "dandruff", she had dry scalp!!! We've been using this product 2-3 times a week for about 3 weeks now, and NO MORE FLAKES!!! Just gorgeous soft healthy hair!

I have fairly thick and curly hair and I have dealt with extremely dry and itchy scalp for years, and nothing seemed to work with my hair. It was always weighing my hair down, or just smelled awful, or just never worked. But this is the FIRST and ONLY product I will continually repurchase, it works miracles! I no longer have itchy roots, or horrible dry scalp.

***updated at bottomI have thick, long Asian hair. I have NEVER had problems with dandruff, dry scalp, really anything. This past winter though I kept my hair in a bun constantly and didn’t wash as frequently with my newborn and I think that led to SEVERE flakiness. It was visible in my black hair, I was itchy, and when I scratched I had tons of residue under my nails. It was awful. (You can see in embarrassing photo how irritated my scalp was and all my flakes {sigh})I tried switching shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments, oils, and a flea/dandruff brush to get the flakes out. Nothing worked but this stuff here.I have only pros for this item. It goes on easily with the pointed tip. I don’t need to section my hair like it directs. I just apply some streaks to the top and the back after I shower. No residue is left, I do not feel oily (I HATE any sleek or shine products for that reason so believe me it’s so light of a product). I saw and felt immediate results after 2 uses. I use it about twice a week and it’s done wonders. I know it’s a little expensive but the tube has lasted me months and I was running out of hope before buying this. I now have zero issues while using this product!Update: I have finished the bottle of treatment after several months, I went to go rebuy but never got around to it. It’s been a month since I’ve run out and I feel confident enough that my scalp has been restored to the point I don’t need a second tube. I do not think I would have been able to be flake free without the help of this product though. I am forever grateful I came across this treatment.

It nourishes your scalp for sure. After my hair dries, my scalp gets very flaky and it prevented that happening for couple of days. It's not gonna last long if you don't repeat it after taking a shower every 3 days or so. I'm not sure if temporarily helps or if it actually treats the dry scalp yet, but my main reason for giving this product 4 star is the fact that you cannot feel it on your scalp while putting it on, so I kept pushing it harder thinking it wasn't there while I had plenty on one spot. It's very easy to apply and feels good after applying all around your scalp though. I just squeezed it on my hair roots drawing lines then massaged my scalp to spread and have my scalp absorb it.

I have had an itchy scalp for a number of years and tried various lotions and potions. Nothing seems to work. So I was impressed by previous reviews of Living Proof scalp treatment and decided that I’d spend a bit more money to really try and help my problem. I know I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks but it has done little to alleviate the itching. It does help initially but within a couple of hours it’s back to the way it was. It’s an expensive mistake 😞

Product arrived quickly.Appears to be making an improvement to my scalp, but only used a few times so far, need to use for a longer time to be sure.Would order from this company again.
