I was hesitant to buy this because you can just keep washing your old filter. But i bought it and helped this machine i have a lot better suction!!

Original replacement filter

This is a fake! I have the original filter on my Dyson and when i compared it to this one you can clearly tell it's not real. I was under the impression that i was purchasing a genuine product.

Product as expected and described. Had no problem fitting it on my Dyson. Will purchase again.

If you own a Dyson vacuum cleaner you're supposed to clean the filters every month or so by washing them under a tap and leaving them to dry. In my experience they always take an age to dry as you're not supposed to put them somewhere hot like on a radiator, so I decided a while ago that it would be a good idea to buy spares and swap them when I'm letting one dry. This is an official replacement product and comes in a plastic bag. To fit it, simply open your Dyson (there's a button marked "filter") and the filter is in front of you. Pull the old one out, pop the new one in, close the Dyson up, and you're good to go. It's surprising how much of an impact a mucky filter can have, so this is well worth buying if you have a suitable Dyson vac.

Replacing this item has improved the overall suction of my Dyson handheld. Even if you have a brand new Dyson I recommend buying a spare one because you should be rinsing this item under water at least 1 x per month if not more (I do mine 1x / week) and so it is very handy to have a spare to use while the other is drying. The vacuum doesn't work without the filter so this way your vacuum is always useable! The filter was exactly as described, and very easy to replace/change. Highly recommend, A++

There comes a time when you need a new filter, even when you're a blue moon duster. Finding one online with no effort allows me to decorate the sink with the old one while I contemplate the opportune moment to rinse the dust from the old filter. Recommended.

Pricey when you add the postage and packing But it’s the original Dyson filter and does a Great job - the last one lasted over seven years. It arrived on time No Problems

Seems like a genuine Dyson product. Fit my handheld dc34 perfectly and quality is as expected. No problems so far after 6 months.
