Best customer service around!!

Update October 2015: Wave Tribe replaced the rack for free with a double rack. The double rack is the way to go for longboards for sure. It works perfectly and I trust it completely on road trips. Thanks Wave Tribe!!Original review: Wave Tribe is a great company, and have always been nothing but helpful. Probably the only surf company around to offer eco friendly products. This product is good, but not as strong as some of the more traditional soft racks. The first time I used it (with 1 longboard in a board bag), it ripped as soon as I tightened it. Probably a fluke, but I would not trust it to hold for a second long road trip.
