Balboa Apollo Movie Boxing American Flag robe

Did it meet my expectations? You tell me.....Thursday, April 29, 2016 Wells Fargo Arena in Philedelphia, PA. Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam liked it lol. My fiancée tossed it on stage to vedder and he wore it. Awesome !!!!

I was worried it would be too small, but it fit my 16 year old women's adult size 14 very well, and could easily fit someone up to size 18 (women's). It's pretty good quality considering it's a cheap Halloween costume. I bought it to go with an eagle mask. It was the biggest hit of Christmas morning! My kid wore it all day! The plus is that it's not an American flag (you don't wear our flag that's a no-no) so wearing this robe is not disrespectful, but it conveys extreme patriotism. Another plus, is that you can wear it for any holiday, if you're creative enough. My daughter wears an eagle mask and walks around with a box of tea under her arm asking people for the nearest body of water so she can 'dump her English tea'.

The only reason why I didn't rated a five star is because it is a thin shiny material and it can tear easily and must be careful with it. It was rather large for my eight-year-old son so it will definitely be great for an adult. He wore it several times for Halloween and really enjoyed it. For what you pay it's worth it. Everything about the robe is good - the color, the pattern, the quality. There is only one issue - the material. The robe is made of a very thin, plastic fiber. It almost feels like wearing textured cellophane! I am sure it is not very durable, and I hardly ever wear it. It's poor quality materials have made it nothing more than a costume piece.

What else can I say? It is as described. Fits and works as it should. If you're into this sort of thing, you're gonna like it. If you said "ewww" when you saw the picture, then why are you reading this??

First off, to all of the negative reviewers...It's a polyester robe. It's not going to fit EVERYONE perfectly. It's a faux boxing robe. It's not supposed to fit like a bathrobe. This isn't some luxury item that you are finding for a bargain. It's a novelty patriotic boxing robe as worn by the great Apollo Creed. Don't expect so much.To anyone considering buying this robe...I'm a big guy, 230lb at 5'11, and I felt it fine. I bought it for a bachelor party, USA theme, and it turns heads everywhere. Not a negative comment made all night in downtown Wisconsin Dells. Wear it out to the bars if you want to get that "USA! USA! USA! chant" going. Again, this is not a super high quality silk fancy robe, it's a fun novelty piece. As long as you don't expect too much, this is a great item.

Ok so here's the scoop. My life changed all together as soon as this product was delivered to me. I can feel the constant freedom when I'm wearing this and actually last week walking through a park I had 2 bald eagles land on my shoulders.
