I have only just started using the speaker, but I am delighted with it. The first thing I noticed was how beautifully it was packaged. In the box there was the speaker, a USB type C cable, a wrist strap for carrying the speaker and a picture instruction leaflet. You have to provide your own USB power plug for use with the cable.I have paired it with my Nokia phone and with my iPad . I found I had to unpair one before pairing the other - I'm not totally au fait with bluetooth yet so I don't know if this is always necessary; I have only used bluetooth to link my iPad and my TV soundbar before. Anyway, pairing/unpairing is so easy and fast that it's not a problem. I switched on the BBC Sounds app on my phone and life became wonderful. The quality of the speaker is excellent, in my opinion, especially considering the size of the speaker, and it is very powerful.The size is one reason I bought it. I am moving from a big house to a new apartment soon, and I will have a quite small kitchen. This speaker, smaller and lighter kthan my coffee mug, just takes up that bit less room on the limited worktop than my old radio. I will be using it in the bathroom, too. Another reason is its low price.I can't comment on the battery life between charges because I've not had it long enough, but if it lasts half as long as the specs claim I have no problem with it. Much of the time I will leave it connected to the power.Up to now I thought the best thing I ever bought was my Kindle. The Anker Soundcore now joins it.

I never bought into the small Bluetooth revolution. I always thought that the sound quality of such an item would be too much of a compromise especially as the majority of the music I listen to is hard rock and metal. My partner wanted one of these so I bought one. I bought Anker as I'm a total Anker convert and a huge amount of electricals in our household are made by Anker. Every Anker product I have bought so far has exceeded expectations and been fantastic at the price point they were sold at.So the soundcore ace A1 arrived, it was nicely packaged as are all Anker products. The speak has good build quality and is quite light. This morning I tried to see if my little MP3 player would connect to it so my partner could use that. It was so simple to pair, I usually have problems pairing Bluetooth devices but not this one!Once the music was playing I was struck on just how awesome the sound quality was. Plenty of bass, clear guitar with no distortion or crackling. I was blown away. It plays with pretty good amount of volume too.£21 for this is nothing short of a bargain. We will also take this with us when we backpack again. It's perfect and would highly recommend it. 👍

Decent speaker, depending on buyer. I have a large array of different speakers. This was purchased for use in an office for personal use so I didn't need anything substantial and it does what I need. Do not expect this to fill a room. Fine for just mid level background noise. At full volume it distorts a little and at low volume there is a hum most likely from internal amplification. But like I said, for the price it's fine as a small desk speaker for mid background noise

Now, I do not do reviews, but there are occasions when you just have to,Easy to set up, pairing no issues.Sound for the price it's going to be hard to beat. The sound is clear, I'm hearing sounds via this little unit I do not hear on bigger more expensive sound systems. I've bought a lot of sound units anker, Tao Tronics, Yamaha, Denon. I listen to a broad range of music. It handles the majority of tunes and is very good if you classical music. The base on the unit needs more depth but that's me being fastidious (fussy) you can't complain for the price you have paid. Also you have a built in microphone, Micro SD card, even a Aux port and a 6 hour playtime. And a handle to carry it about with you so wow, the cost effective price doesn't compare to the features your getting. So to the name of Ace A1 sums up this unit. Buy it. As I said I do not write reviews.

I have been looking for a speaker for a while and had been looking at other speakers by Anker, so when I saw this one I ordered it. Its a fantastic little speaker, the sound is great and battery life is also. I have had it playing in the house and outside aswel. My mum was so impressed with it aswel that she asked me to order her one too. It's so easy to set up and even has a port for aux if you don't have anything that can connect via Bluetooth. There is a slot at the back to put an sd card in also which is great.I'm enjoying this speaker very much and if you are looking for something that's great value for money then I would recommend this product!

But it because my wife wanted some music in the kitchen and set it up for her in two minutes. Any music she plays on her iPhone, she just presses the power button on the speaker and it starts playing, so it's absolutely easy to use. Volume is controlled from the iPhone. It's tiny, so it's just in a corner besides the window. Sound is absolutely fine for the kitchen. And you can just unplug it and take it in the garden and play there, with twelve hours battery life. (Haven't measured it).

I have tried with totally no success bluetooth pairing this speaker with my echo dot gen 3. All ways and means have proved to be completely unsuccessful. Since enduring the aforementioned I looked at several online sites showing reviews of this product and saw that the majority of reviewers had experienced the same problem. How I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this item, hopefully this review ‘might’ make future buyers aware. In closing my advice is AWAYS read reviews BEFORE purchasing anything on line.

I got this item during a promotional sale - was excited to receive the item. First impression it's very small and nice finish to touch. When charged and loaded SD card it sounded way better for it's aize. It got a decent bass and can get get very loud.But this changed after using for last couple of weeks, the rubber material over the controls started to shred mainly the center button that used to skip/change songs. I work like 12-13 hours a day on factory floor and this thing keeps running constantly, was fine initially but of late it won't hold charge as good as when new. I would be happy if I could get couple more months out of it for the price I paid.Bottom line - may be okay for like a 1-2 hour use ona daily basis but the rubber material over the controls needs to be more durable or different approach.Update - 12/4/2019After my original review, I was contacted by Anker customer representative to understand the issue. Once I provided the needed information, a replacement was unit was processed which unfortunately Amazon never shipped. So, I ended up ordering a new unit and got refunded. The new unit is functioning as described, hope this unit is good with battery and i will be a little careful on the buttons for longer life.Anker has once again proved that it's an amazing company and cares about its products and customers.

Ich hatte das Produkt zum Angebotspreis von 12 Euro erstanden, es ist aber auch oft für ca.15 Euro zu haben.Dafür bekommt man gute Qualität. Das Ding hat ordentlich Wumms und die Bluetoothverbindung ist stabil.Die Box ist auch schon ein paarmal hingefallen; bisher hat es ihr nichts ausgemacht.

The media could not be loaded.  Je l'ai acheté pour offrir à mon copain, il aime bien faire la rando, cette enceinte est petite et pratique à accrocher sur le sac. Le son n'est pas mal du tout, la battrie dure 6h, en tout cas mon copain est content de l'avoir:)
