DOES THE DISPENSER LOCK?

Yes It is optional. You can make it a push button or install the small plastic lock mechanism but, the dispenser is made out of plastic so it can be popped open even with the lock.

What kind of soap do i use with this.

Enmotion sells the soap in specially designed bags. They are EXPENSIVE. We gave up on these. Too messy and too expensive!!!!!
