Love it
Use it for running and soccer workouts. Works great. The band that holds in my iphone is really tight. No worries that my phone would fall out. I like the rotation feature. The clip and unclip is also a nice feature, and I use it a lot. I only use it, though, when I am stationary. It isn't easy to clip and unclip while running. The facial recognition doesn't work for me because I can never get my face at the correct angle when my armband is on my bicep. The elastic band is comfortable and stretches a lot, but it is also thick enough to be tight on my female soccer player bicep. Only downside: phone isn't encased, so if it is raining, I have to put my phone in a ziploc bag and then strap it in.

Best purchase I've made on amazon
At first I thought this was just too good to be true. I was so sure the locking feature on this would fail and my phone would fall, I thought the bands holding my phone in would be weak and snap or wouldn't be strong enough to hold my large iPhone, but boy was I wrong!! This is really the best thing (besides books, of course) that I'd ever purchased on this website! I really cannot sing enough praises for this. I really recommend this to anyone for all activities and for all levels of it! I'm a pretty serious runner and even after a ten mile run, this thing stays put and is just so convenient. This is a perfect gift for anyone or for your own use. Do yourself a favor and snag one of these!

Great for 2 years - then not
After 2 years of use, the unit fell apart while jogging. My phone went flying to the ground but fortunately did not crack or break. Below is my review before the break. I plan to purchase another, but perhaps this time with out the detach feature.-----I use this mostly while lifting weights and light cardio. And perhaps 30 minutes of jogging per week. The quality seems pretty durable. The rubber band fits my iPhone 11 (with case) and holds it securely without threat of snapping. There is a magnet that helps guide the phone holder into perfect position for attaching it to the armband. It takes firm pressure to remove or attach the holder to the armband, but not too much pressure. It is comfortable on my arm.The only con is that the holder sticks out a little further from the arm than I hoped. On some weight machines I have to be a little careful so as to not have it hit the machine during movements.

very usefull for my electronic unicycle ride
Purchase this mainly for my electronic unicycle riding. I put it around my wrist and the phone lock on vertical position, tried put it on my forearm or my bicep I didn't like it too much so I switch it to lower wrist and it works fine, that way I could easily see the speed that I'm going or the direction i need to go with Google Map, my phone is LG G8. 6in device fit on perfectly no issue and no sign of falling off. Also super easy to take off just push and twist.

Mine is great, wife's broke after one month.
I will update this if needed, but 2 weeks in and so far no complaints. Armband is comfortable (although I wonder if it will be so on longer runs) and it's easy to remove and attach. There is a magnet that helps line up the cradle when attaching. No where near strong enough to hold a phone on it's own but helps guide. I have a large LG phone (iPhone XR size) and it holds it fine with the case. I was worried the circular connection between cradle and band might cause the phone to shake or flop while I ran but it stays put, feels like the phone is attached at the corners. I am just now getting my distance back up so I will update if the band feels uncomfortable after 7+ miles.**UPDATE** So I have now done several longer runs and armband still feels fine and works great. I did put the band portion in a mesh bag and tossed it in the laundry and it all is still well. Doesn't slide when running, doesn't rub or burn, and I really love the ease of being able to take the phone off quickly if needed. Rating up from 4 stars to 5!Now back to 3 stars, mine is still doing well, but my wife's (I bought because mine was great) broke on a run. She never even separated the two parts. She would just put the phone in the cradle and slide the whole thing on. Not even touching it and the band just popped apart while running, see pic.

Sturdy Phone Armband
This armband is perfect for my daily running. I run 2-3 miles, and it holds my phone the entire time without having to readjust. The rubber elastic keeps the phone, and it fits my large-screen iPhone 10 Max with an easy. Attaching/detaching the phone to the armband is also easy, as all you have to do is press and turn(very similar to pop sockets). The band has small pockets for earphone lines as well. Overall it's a well-made product with easy to use.

Terrific product until it fell apart
For the past 9 months I have used this product 4-5 times a week for hour long runs and loved it until it completely fell apart causing my phone to have a quick lesson about gravity. While running along a trail the phone holder disconnected from the armband. The product broke into several pieces. Fortunately, my phone (Pixel 3a) was not damaged as it was in a SPECK case (love this case - BTW). Before I started my run I ensured the phone holder was securely fastened to the armband. The product lists "VUP 3-year service time", but no where do I see a place to contact the seller BODE-US for replacement. This product with the ability to press and rotate the phone to disconnect/reconnect to the armband is a great feature, however, it would be difficult to trust this product again and risk the chance of my phone hitting the ground again due to a product failure. The number of times I used this feature was not often, maybe once a week so it should not have worn out this quickly. My previous Vup armband lasted over 2 years until the elastic had given up, but it's phone holder mount was permanently attached to the armband where there was no risk of separation. I would rather have the knowledge my phone is securely attached to my arm than to have this feature and risk another failure. A phone that costs several hundred dollars falling to the ground is not worth this risk when there are other safer alternatives on the market for carrying your phone while exercising.
