When i first put batteries in i was amazed at how bright it was but by the end of the day it dimmed down quite a bit and now stays at a dim glow when I turn it on. Havent tried it with the usb wire but I assume it would be brighter that way. Otherwise its a very cute light and seems well built, the base might be a bit flimsy but nothing too bad. Adds a nice bit of colour to my bedroom

Works as expected, cheap enough, gets plenty of attention when we're out in the caravan, wife loves it, and so does all of her new friends.

Bought for my granddaughter, who adores it. USB cable is a bonus. She had it setup and turned on at the side of her bed as soon as it came out of the box! I’ve got to buy another 4 now for my other granddaughters!!

I got this last year, early January 2021, and it worked perfectly whilst I used it. The light was just right, there were no issues, and it was perfect aesthetically. However, after I moved house I didn’t plug in and use the lamp for an entire year until a few months ago in September 2022. In the last two months, it worked perfectly, but in the last week there have been a few issues. First, every time I’d unplug the lamp, I realised that the usb was very very hot. Then a few days later, whilst trying to switch the lamp off, I couldn’t get the switch to move, it was physically stuck, I could not turn the lamp off (so I’d have to unplug it instead). Finally, today, the lamp turned off spontaneously. I unplugged it and didn’t touch it for a few hours. Just now I’ve plugged the lamp back in, and the light is weak, but after adjusting the the usb wire, it has returned to its original brightness, but I’m not sure how long this will last, and I am worried to use it just in case it goes up in flames.Now this may be because of the year long period of inactivity where I did not use the lamp. Or it could be a manufacturing issue with the specific lamp I received. But I thought I should still write a review of this. At this price, it is understandable that the product would not last long. So short term it is perfect, but for the long term, maybe this isn’t suitable enough.

Love my cactus light, the green is lively looking. It is plugged onto a separate timer and comes on when dark. The light looks almost like neon, and I love the glow. Highly recommended.

My wife loves flamingos so when I saw this item I knew she would love it. It's a perfect size and the light is very bright. We initially went with batteries but after a few days it began to dim. We had an adapter that allows us to plug the usb connection into a regular electrical outlet and that works perfectly. We are very pleased with this item and would very much recommend it..
